Now you must see this - the third full-length trailer for the upcoming fantasy adventure "The Last Airbender", which is by far the best of all we've seen in recent few months. The number of breathtaking scenes in this trailer is simply overwhelming. Be careful not to miss all the water and ice bending scenes and the flying dragons, and the sensational one-to-one element-bending battle between Aang and prince Zuko.
Coming out July 2nd, 2010, "The Last Airbender" will be shown both in 2D and 3D.
Looks really cool. Unfortunately, I don't really like movies with kids in them. Excepting 'Love, Actually,' of course.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday, Hollywood Spy! And congrats on your big visitor number!

I hope the kids in this movie won't be bad, as the first reports state :(
ReplyDeleteThanx, for the congratulations, we've already come close to the next big number :))
This trailer looks exciting.
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm glad they decided to keep Aang's flying pet (looks like something between bison and giant koala). I didn't see it in previous trailers, so I reckoned they thought it looked too ridiculous and cartoony for motion picture.
yes, I was also immediately intrigued by that flying creature :) and with all the ice bending scenes.
ReplyDeleteWow, those "Airbender" trailers just gettin' better and better! Best trailer I've seen so far this year! Shayamalan could be the new master of fantasy.. who knows? :P
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty much sure they've showed us all there is in the movie in this trailer, so I'm kinda not expecting anything more. I will enjoy the scenes I've mentioned in the post above.
ReplyDeleteI have doubts about this in 3D since it was converted like that poor Clash of the Titans. But by the looks of that trailer this movie is going to be pretty sweet (especially in visual and effects). It would be cool if shyamalan made a trilogy like he said, but i guess it all depends on how this one does.
ReplyDeleteyes, Jaccsy, I hear many people have doubts about 3D conversion of AIRBENDER.
ReplyDeleteholy crap i am so excited to see this. I am such an avatar (last airbender) fan.
ReplyDeleteI was really excited to see Appa (the air bison) fully in this trailer since he was just hinted at in the other ones.
So. Excited.
oh, Falen, thanks for informing me about the name of that cute pet. I didn't know what it is, and what is it called. So it's Appa. Cool. Another reason to watch the movie.
ReplyDeleteyeah he's pretty pivotal to the plot of the series, at least in the middle chunk, which i'm sure will probably be a main conflict in the 2nd movie, if the 3 movies are following the 3 seasons.
ReplyDeleteAang also has a flying lemur called Momo, but i'm sure he's been cut since he was mostly just comedic affect (effect? DAMN YOU GRAMMAR!)
wow, Falzy, that lemur sounds absolutely adorable!!!
