We've really missed him after the end of The Royals, but our dear Tom Austen is finally coming back with the lead role in Marvel's HELSTROM ten
Tom Austen takes the lead role in the series
episode series. In the Hulu series, he and Sydney Lemmon will play the supposed serial killer offspring Daimon Helstrom and Ana Helstrom! Plagued by their family background they will pursue the world’s vilest of the vile – with some family drama of their own. Elizabeth Marvel, Ariana Guerra, Robert Wisdom, June Carryl and Alain Uy will also star.
  Tom Austen will play Daimon Helstrom, a professor of ethics who moonlights as an exorcist, and has no illusions about saving a world he has no patience for; he just hopes he can help a few of the people closest to him. In his battle against a hidden world, Daimon is determined to root out demons as they arise, and will not stop until they’re vanquished.
Sydney Lemmon will play Ana Helstrom, by day, she runs a successful auction house and suffers no fools, but her true interest lies in hunting down those who hurt others. Traumatized by her father as a child, Ana is driven to rid the world of those like him, even as she secretly worries her father will return.

James Norton will lead the new Netflix movie
Speaking of our favourite blond haired boys, 'Deadline' reports that James Norton has joined Amanda Seyfreid as the male lead in THINGS HEARD AND SEEN, a movie adaptation of Elizabeth Brundage's book All Things Cease to Appear over at Netflix. Natalia Dyer, Rhea Seehorn, Alex Neustaedter and Oscar winner F. Murray Abraham will also star in the movie to be directed by Oscar nominees Robert Pulcini and Shari Springer Berman who also wrote the screenplay which centres on a Manhattan couple who move to a historic hamlet in the Hudson Valley and come to discover that their marriage has a sinister darkness, one that rivals their new home’s history.

  1. Well, well. A day full of eye candy. That aside, both of these do sound like ones I would enjoy. I really need to just break down and buy Hulu. There seems to be so much content on there that I need to catch up on.

    1. I remember that back in the days before he became famous Tom Austen agreed to do an interview with us... but then he joined The Royals and never sent us the answers :) We forgive him as he is ever so hot!

    4. That's too bad. I think some of these "stars" get too big for their britches and forget where they came from. It doesn't take but 5 minutes to answer a few questions for the people helping to promote your work. Ungrateful bastards.

    5. Some of them are very nice, I remember that Kyle Prior used the interview he did for us (the first in his career) as a reference point in his CV that he was sending to directors and studios :) He is now a major soap opera star in UK.
