YOUNG SHERLOCK is
Max Irons who will play Mycroft Holmes, an older brother to
Hero Fiennes Tiffin's young Sherlock who at age 19, is disgraced, raw, unfiltered, and unformed, when he finds himself caught up in a murder mystery at Oxford University which threatens his freedom. Diving into his first-ever case with a wild lack of discipline, Sherlock manages to unravel a globe-trotting conspiracy that will change his life forever.
Dónal Finn also joins the cast as James Moriarty, with previously announced
Joseph Fiennes (Silas Holmes),
Natascha McElhone (Cordelia Holmes),
Zine Tseng (Princess Gulun Shou’an) and
Colin Firth (Sir Bucephalus Hodge). The show is being done for
Prime Video streamer.
There have been a lot of Sherlock Holmes type movies and series over the years. Some have been good, some not so good.
