THE ETERNAUT TEASER
FOR NEW APOCALYPTIC NETFLIX SERIES
Well, you know how much I love a good apocalyptic series and Netflix is giving us one next year: based on the eponymous graphic novel by Héctor Germán Oesterheld and Francisco Solano López, the six episode live-action adaptation THE ETERNAUT arrives on Netflix in 2025.
WHAT IS THE STORY OF ETERNAUT
When a rare snow begins falling in Buenos Aires, it kills everything it
touches in an instant leading to millions of deaths. Is it nuclear war or something even more
sinister? Those that survive suit up in gas masks and layers to stave
off death and fight an increasingly violent unseen force that’s trailing
their every move. One of the survivors, a man named Juan Salvo (Ricardo
Darin), emerges as the leader of the resistance against an
imperceivable threat. And he’s determined to fight back against this
invisible force. Check out the eerie trailer teaser below and tell us what you think.
I like apocalyptic series or films...but last a couple of them weren't too impressive. Hope this one is good. The trailer is okay.
ReplyDeleteFingers crossed, I really like the snowy setting.
DeleteI don't think I know anyone from the cast, I don't know if I'll watch this movie. Yesterday I watched an interesting Polish movie on Netflix called The Boxer, starring Eryk Kulm - the actor who will play Chopin.
ReplyDeleteNo, we do not know them, this is an Argentinian series, so no known actors.
DeleteApocalypse and snow are both a no no for me. Cold is one thing, but I would think I was in pure hell if I were in a apocalyptic snowstorm.
ReplyDeleteI'd have such fun, I even bought one of my winter jackets naming it my snowy zombie outbreak cape. It is practical, warm and easy to clean LOL And goes all down to the knees.
DeleteIt sounds lovely! What color is it?
DeleteJust and ordinary padded parka jacket with a hood, it is black but you can turn it inside out and then you get an olive jacket, so you can switch between those two and basically get two different capes.I wear it only when it is around or below zero because it is like a duvet.
DeleteIt sounds cozy. I am hoping we have a winter like last year where I don't need such warm coats. I have a feeling though with the crazy weather we've all been experiencing this year, we're really going to get hit with the snow and cold this year though.
DeleteHere in Europe they said we will have winter only in December, and then spring already in January and summer in March.
DeleteIt's getting crazy. Maybe the religious folk are right and the rapture is coming.
