NO GOOD DEED TEASER
FOR NEW LISA KUDROW NETFLIX SERIES
Netflix has dropped a teaser for their new dark comedy series NO GOOD DEED which arrives December 12th following Lydia (Lisa Kudrow) and Paul (Ray Romano) as they move out of their empty nest to restart their life. They list their gorgeous 1920s Spanish-style villa located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Los Angeles and the real estate frenzy begins. Multiple families all race to buy what they believe to be their dream house, convinced it will fix all of their very different problems. But as Lydia and Paul know all too well, sometimes the home of your dreams can be a true nightmare. As they struggle to hide the dark and dangerous secrets that linger inside their longtime home, Paul and Lydia begin to realize that the only way they’ll escape the past is to finally face it. Linda Cardellini stars as Margo Starling, a perfectly coiffed status-seeker with buried secrets to spare; Luke Wilson as JD Campbell, a depressed, out-of-work soap star who needs to downsize; Teyonah Parris as Carla, a high-achieving and somewhat sardonic architect and expectant mother; Abbi Jacobson as Leslie Fisher, who is thrilled to discover the Los Feliz home she and her wife have admired from afar is finally on the market; and Poppy Liu as Leslie’s soulful, grounded and uncompromisingly decent wife Sarah. O-T Fagbenle and Denis Leary star as Dennis and Mikey.
That sounds like it might be entertaining.
ReplyDeleteFingers crossed, although I don't get what is the hoopla around that house about, I don't overly like it LOL
DeleteI really hope this one will be good because the production these days are just not that impressive.
ReplyDeleteIt's all gone downhill. I even struggle with Rings of Power currently, even though I liked the first season, the second is just boring to no extent.
DeleteLot of big names in this one. I am not overly in love with the house myself either, but I do like the kitchen.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like the one from BH90210.
DeleteThe house itself looks like the outside of the one the gay couple lived in from Modern Family if I'm remembering correctly.
DeleteI have never watched that one, but I remember that the gay couple got their spin off rejected by the network.
