Believe it or not, it has been two freaking years since the third season of WESTWORLD aired and we are finally getting the fourth and the final season June

Westworld ends this June!

26th on HBO. You can check out the poster and the trailer for the season that will also see the return of fan favourite James Marsden alongside Evan Rachel Wood whose character Dolores did die but she will be back as some totally other person who apparently has a boyfriend who looks the same as Dolores' boyfriend played in the first season by Marsden. Thandie Newton, Ed Harris, Jeffrey Wright and Luke Hemsworth all return alongside Aaron Paul who was pretty much the lead of the third season. Not much is known about the plot of the final season except that it will be a dark odyssey about the fate of sentient life on earth!

series which will air sometime later this year on Amazon Prime (and on CBS All Access for those who care to give the streaming service their money). Not much is known about the plot of the new spin off from the Star Trek franchise, other that it will see Patrick Stewart playing famous Enterprise captain in his older years, breaking his retirement (which he enjoyed producing vine and playing with his new dog) and going on a new interstellar adventure. What we do know now is that, much to the joy of Star Trek fans, his old Enterprise crew members

It will air on TBS next spring set more than seven years after the world has become a frozen wasteland, and following the remnants of humanity, who inhabit a gigantic, perpetually moving train that circles the globe. Class warfare, social injustice and the politics of survival play out in this riveting television adaptation.

It was only yesterday that I announced that Kellan Lutz might be the new He Man in MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE and now another of the big sf remakes has possibly found its star. As reports from EW! are saying today DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS movie remake apparently has its target set on DIVERGENT and FAULT IN OUR STARS actor Ansel Elgort.  The epic fantasy saga will be directed by Rob Letterman with the story being entirely set in the fantasy world from the famous video game populated by magical being, sorcerers, knights and princesses, and of course - dragons! The movie might follow the steps of this summer's WARCRAFT which has already scored well above half a billion dollars around the world so far.

Hallow's Eve is closing up and with it the airing date of BBC Two's new TV movie THE DRESSER with Ian McKellen and Anthony Hopkins, which will also air later at Starz! The two of them are working together for the first time in the movie based on the famous play which tells the story of one fateful night in a small regional theatre during World War Two as a troupe of touring actors stage a production of Shakespeare’s King Lear. Bombs are falling, the sirens are wailing, the curtain is up in an hour but the actor Sir who is playing Lear is nowhere to be seen. His dresser Norman must scramble to keep the production alive but will Sir turn up in time and if he does will he be able to perform that night? Emily Watson is also in the cast!

ABC Family (which will be renamed into Freeform from January) has ordered ten more episodes of BABY DADDY rounding its upcoming fifth season with usual 20 episodes which means the popular sitcom with its almost 100 episodes is close to syndication! Here's a new science fiction movie for us and coming with a rather hunky cast indeed: as 'Deadline' reports Kellan Lutz, Daniel MacPherson and Rachell Griffiths will lead Australian sf action movie SFv1! The movie, which has already started shooting, is set in the far future in an era of interplanetary colonization, with the story following a drifter who teams up with a military contractor to rescue the contractor’s daughter. Amid an impending global crisis caused by the contractor’s company, the trio must escape to safety! Bren Foster and Temuera Morrison are also starring.

As  I reported over the last year, we will be watching Australian hunk Daniel MacPherson as Elven prince Arion next year in SHANNARA epic series at MTV, while Kellan Lutz is to star in EXTRACTION action flick next year in which he will be the son of Bruce Willis who tries to save his father from terrorists.

When the past won't let you go, let love see you through... that is the main motto of deeply touching drama FATHERS AND DAUGHTERS with Russell Crowe, Amanda Seyfried, Aaron Paul, Jane Fonda and Diane Kruger. Today you can check out the first trailer for the film in which Crowe plays a Pulitzer-winning writer who grapples with being a widower and father after a mental breakdown, while, 27 years later, his grown daughter struggles to forge connections of her own. The movie should arrive to theatres some time this Autumn or early winter.

The movie just got three new posters and you can check them out today! With Christian Bale leading the star studded cast the movie will battle its way into cinemas December 12th!

THE STAR STUDDED CAST

Ridley Scott's visually mindblowing and large scale interpretation of the legendary exodus of the Hebrews from Ancient Egypt as led by Moses (Christian Bale) and related in the Old Testament Book of Exodus, will also star Australian actor Joel Edgerton as Egyptian ruler Pharaoh Ramesses II, with Sigourney Weaver and John Turturro as his parents Tuya and Seti! Aaron Paul will sport a long hair as Joshua, with Ben Kingsley as Nun and Indira Varma as High Priestess Miriam! The lavish costumes are done by famous Oscar winner Janty Yates who already worked with Ridley on his other historical classics GLADIATOR, ROBIN HOOD and in KINGDOM OF HEAVEN!
