 'REIGN' EPIC TV SERIES
NEW 3 FOR SEASON 3!

Three new actors have joined the series on Mary Queen of Scots (Adelaide Kane) and her husband French king Francis (Toby Regbo). Ben Geurens will be Don Carlos, Spain’s sexy and charming prince. Little does Mary  know, Nicholas is also a spy for her rival, and has a deep grudge against her.

  'BEFORE WE GO' TRAILER
FOR CHRIS EVAN'S DIRECTORIAL DEBUT
Two trailers for you today, starting with the beautiful first one for our beloved Chris Evan's directorial debut BEFORE WE GO which hits theatres this September.  The film follows the journey of two strangers (Chris Evans and Alice Eve) stuck in New York City for the night. Starting as convenient acquaintances, the two soon grow into each other's most trusted confidants when a night of unexpected adventure forces them to confront their fears and take control of their lives.

  'THE GOOD DINOSAUR' TRAILER
NEW ANIMATED ADVENTURE
The second trailer is the first full one for Pixar's animated adventure THE GOOD DINOSAUR which arrives to the theatres around Thanksgiving!  What if the asteroid that forever changed life on Earth missed the planet completely and giant dinosaurs never became extinct? Pixar Animation Studios takes you on an epic journey into the world of dinosaurs where an Apatosaurus named Arlo (Raymond Ochoa) makes an unlikely human friend. While travelling through a harsh and mysterious landscape, Arlo learns the power of confronting his fears and discovers what he is truly capable of.

  1. When I was a little girl, I loved Disney's animated film "The Sword in the Stone." When I was older, I loved the novel it was based on. So I'm happy to hear Disney is planning a live-action version!

    1. yes, if I got it right it is being written by a GAME OF THRONES scribe but no plot released yet. It is just one of many animated movies that Disney is turning into a live action flick

    1. totally! My type of movie, I just wish he had chosen a girl who isn't as cold as Alice Eve is for the partner

  3. I liked the trailer for The Good Dinosaur. All those little fireflies dancing about, look enchanting. Some scary dino's as well, but I do love dino's so it's all good for me.

The heat finally broke enough for me to get outside and do some work. After all the rain and heat I have weeds galore. The Spawn and Future Son In Law are coming over for a movie night, so I've to take a shower. Then I'll have to start cooking so we can have treats.

How's the weather there? Still dangerously hot?

    1. Will you watch it with the little neighbour? :PP

Hope you are watching something nice. Whatcha cooking?

The weather is getting ever worse since you can survive two or three days of 40*C and above, but after a week of temps close to 50*C your body starts to feel crazy and people start to go mad... and so does nature. I've just been outside to feed the cat and it is still 32*C at 9PM in the evening! Total madness. I haven't had under 28*C in my bathroom and kitchen for a week now... it just won't cool off during the night.

    2. We watched "The Ghost Inside the Shell". It's a Japanese animated movie from 1995. It's a sci-fi based on the really great Pulp fiction of the 40's about artificial intelligence. A very good film.

Oh my God, those temperatures can damage the tissue in your brain and people do go mad. The stress on the body is tremendous and none of your plants and animals are adapted to those temps. Life just becomes miserable and you don't even feel like eating food. Can't really cook it as you'll just heat the house up more. Do cold fruit and veg till it's over. Have they published a death toll from this anywhere?

    3. Yep, I know about it, that genre of Japanese animation has tons of fans around the globe. Did you watch Irish LEGEND OF KELLS?

Not sure there are many dead, Serbs are used to anything :) People even go to work, we never have free days due to natural disasters. They don't even turn on ACs in public transport.... and people just sit and take it passively :) I tell you, 'tis the craziest nation in the world.... but you Irish would know it too, yes?
I generally cook only two times a week because of the family situation, but I do it at 7AM so I manage to escape the extreme noon heat as much as possible. I went to the shop to buy bread and food at 7AM today and it was already 32*C... in the early morning...

What's the wedding situation, dear, you haven't updated me in a long time :)

    4. and Serbs are even joking with this weather so one of the new jokes is CAN I TAKE OUT LAUNDRY WHICH WASHES AT 30*C OUTSIDE TO DRY IN THE SUN AT 45*C? :)

    5. No, I haven't seen Legend of Kells yet. Is it on DVD already?

No Serbs and Irish don't complain much in a tough situation. We just keep going forward, knowing it will only get worse :0)

Now they've pushed the wedding back to next year. I suspect when they're really ready, they'll just go to the courthouse, get married and then show up at the house saying "we're married!"

    6. It's been out for years, dear, remember that I mentioned it's sequel a few months ago when I mentioned that Arabian animated movie too?

Yep, we were born to suffer under a boot ... usually a shitty one on top of that :)

What? No wedding for the mumsie dearest? Hope you're not too sad about it.

    1. What? How can you not be? :) He is one of the very very few of the American actors that I actually adore... has such expression in his eyes and takes smaller projects too

  6. I wasn't sure about Before We Go at first, sounds like just another whirlwind romance. But the trailer is interesting. I'd probably like it. And of course I love swords, heroes, and guys in armor and short skirts.
