NEW 2015 SITCOMS TRAILERS - 'THE ODD COUPLE' WITH MATTHEW PERRY, THOMAS LENNON AND 'WEIRD LONERS' WITH BECKI NEWTON, ZACHARY KNIGHTON, NATE TORRENCE

'THE ODD COUPLE' TRAILER
MATTHEW PERRY & THOMAS LENNON MISMATCHED
I have a bunch of comedy updates for you, so we shall have NEW 2015 SITCOMS days today and tomorrow starting with the first trailer for THE ODD COUPLE which has finally been released by CBS! Moving in together February 19th will be Matthew Perry as endearing slob Oscar Madison and Thomas Lennon as uptight neat freak Felix Unger, two former college buddies who become unlikely roommates after the demise of their marriages. It’s not long after Oscar lets Felix move in that Oscar fears he’s made a monumental mistake. However, despite how exasperated they make each other, these mismatched friends agree they can help each other move on from their divorces and somehow make their crazy living arrangement work.

'WEIRD LONERS' TRAILER
NEW COMEDY SERIES AT FOX
Meanwhile, Fox has released the first clip for their new sitcom WEIRD LONERS which will gather the weirdos together March 31st  in the comedy about four relationship-phobic, quasi-underdog 30-somethings who are unexpectedly thrust into one another’s lives, forming unlikely bonds in a Queens, NY, townhouse. Becki Newton plays Caryn, a cute, but high-strung dental hygienist whose romantic life is dictated by the love-crazed, ultra-romantic 13-year-old barricaded inside the control room of her brain. Zachary Knighton is Stosh, a handsome, charming and whip-smart Wall Street player, at least until he romances his boss’ fiancée and gets unceremoniously canned! Nate Torrence is his cousin, Eric, a sweet, odd man-child, with whom he has to move in. Meera Khumbhani is Zara, Caryn's new roomate, mysterious and ethereal, a lifelong heartbreaker who’s only capable of living one way – “in the moment.”

  1. Matthew Perry is a funny guy. The Odd Couple will probably have quite a few laughs.

    1. can't wait, we really need more warm, multiple camera sitcoms on TV instead of the rude, single camera ones

    1. I reckon this one might be good since it is multiplecamera not single camera like GO ON was.

I don't do dark shows and crime, so I don't do GOTHAM either.

Funny for me are LAST MAN STANDING at ABC, UNDATEABLE at NBC, BABY DADDY at ABCFamily... and some new coming this season too

    3. Why? Haven't you noticed that we don't really do superheroes here? Especially not the grim ones like that dark caped roddent :) And we never do crime, violence and YA either.

  4. Well, both trailers were quite disappointing. However, there was a Seventh Son movie trailer ad before Odd Couple played and that looked interesting!

  6. Oh no! Another Odd Couple? The old one was pretty funny. I'm sure they'll raunch this one up but I hope they do it well.

I could probably be part of the Odd Couple of Old Weird Loners when they make that sit-com.

  7. I think ODD COUPLE looks great, though they should have called it something else. It takes the idea and steals from it, it should be refereed as the new odd couple, which they are.. but not a direct stealing of characters.

  8. The Odd couple is something I would seriously tune into for light laughs. My favorite scene from the original movie is when he would sign the post it notes "FU" for Felix Unger. Hehehe
