Why am I always worried when I hear something will be 300 look-alike? Especially historic films.I immediately think about low budget, and lack of real/live backgrounds. Those backgrounds are very important in historic films, and films with a lot of outdoor scenes. You can't replace those backgrounds with green-screen. I mean, you can, but with a great big budget. And that's not something these movies usually have.
I'm always exhilarated when I hear something will be 300 look-alike :))I think this one might have a big budget since it is a 20TH CENTURY FOX production.
I didn't really mind a look of Watchers, since it had some kind of a alternate-reality, past times, visual and storytelling style. I didn't like it, but I also didn't mind much. Watchers did have a sizable budget, which most of these movies don't have.I do mind if real-life, historic, and outdoors films have that look. That is not the look of "reality".
Oh I can see it now, Moses with Six pack abs, a huge shield, screaming out "THIS IS GOD'S WORLD!"... oh if they go that route it's goign to be oh so awful.
Six pack? Were they serving beer in ancient Egypt? :)))Marko, Moses wasn't really a part of reality so take is as Egyptian Lord of the Rings or something :PP
There's truth in that Dez. :))
GIVE SOME LOVE TO YOUR DEZZY :)
