CHRISTOPHER GORHAM
TO LEAD 'PO' AUTISM MOVIE
Not much to share with you today, people, it is an extremely slow movie news week, but 'Deadline' reports that one of our favourite of TV faces, lovely Christopher Gorham has landed the lead role in PO, a family drama from director John Asher. He will play a recently widowed man who must learn to cope with becoming a single father to his 9-year-old autistic son, PO (Julian Feder). Production will start in April, which is Autism Awareness month. Gorham's five year long gig in COVERT AFFAIRS series has ended this January when the show was cancelled.

'ENEMY OF MAN' TEASER
WITH SEAN BEAN, JAMES D'ARCY, CHARLES DANCE, RUPERT GRINT
Here's the first teaser and poster for historical epic ENEMY OF MAN a directorial debut of actor Vincent Regan (whom you're watching as the king in THE ROYALS) an independent feature film of William Shakespeare’s Macbeth starring Sean Bean, Rupert Grint and Charles Dance. The movie strips back the dialogue and cranks up the action. It traverses a bleak, frozen landscape of shattered castles and pillaged towns, rendering the interior world that clouds Macbeth and Lady Macbeth’s addled minds, as they sink deeper into their heart of darkness. A timeless masterpiece of war, ambition, betrayal, murder and ultimately, revenge. Sean Bean is Macbeth, and the cast also includes James D'Arcy and Jason Flemyng!
Slow West looks interesting (it's been a long while since we had a decent Western on the big screen), and Macbeth is always a great story, so Enemy of Man is definitely a must-see.
ReplyDeletehope they will finish ENEMY OF MAN since they have been gathering money for ages
DeleteWell Dezzy if it's a slow week just go ahead and post more pics of tight packages in tights. We will thank you!
ReplyDeletedid you notice Fassy's package in those long underpants?
DeleteSlow West looks particularly good...and I don't usually go for Westerns.
ReplyDeleteI don't either
DeleteSo Eddard Stark will get his revenge on the Lannisters
ReplyDeletebecause that's how I will see the movie in my mind
ah, Adam, Adam, you either see GOT or Harry Plopper everywhere...
DeleteSlow West - actually the trailer looks interesting...
ReplyDeleteespecially Fassy in undies :)
Delete"Enemy of Man" looks quite good -- but have they done away with Lady Macbeth? I don't know if that's a wise move. "Slow West" looks goofy, quite frankly, but hey -- Michael Fassbender? -- I'm in!
ReplyDeleteno, she just hasn't been cast yet :) The trailer has been done to attract money over at Kickstarter :)
DeleteIt can be a slow week, but if you put up photos of Michael Fassbender and Sean Bean, all is well. :)
ReplyDeletedon't miss Fassy in undies in the trailer :)
DeleteRather modest undies, but it is nice to know he was in my western backyard for a time. I'll definitely see that one. :)
Deletethe undies might be modest, but the bulge sure ain't :)
DeleteThe show Deadline sounds like the spitting image of my RCIA instructor's life. It's difficult, but he makes it sound rewarding. That show may open people's eyes. I'll tune in.
ReplyDeleteLol, POE, not Deadline :) Deadline is my source of news :)
DeleteThe movie should be really enlightening in opening people's eyes on the illness and the problems they face every day
I haven't seen a good western in a long time.
ReplyDeleteif ever :)

ReplyDeletePfft Geek Tyrant... Spy is the place to go :)
DeleteThe project has been on KickStarter collecting funds. They did reach their wanted sum last year so I'm not sure in which stage the project currently is.
No Westerns for me, but I might catch Enemy of Man.
ReplyDeletenot if he catches you first....
