REESE WITHERSPOON IS "WILD" IN NICK HORNBY MOVIE ADAPTATION! FIRST "THE FIFTH ESTATE" WIKILEAKS TRAILER WITH BENEDICT CUMBERBATCH, DANIEL BRUHL, DAN STEVENS, LAURA LINNEY! 'RIO 2' HILARIOUS TRAILER!

  REESE WITHERSPOON IN
NICK HORNBY'S "WILD" BIG SCREEN ADAPTATION
Sometimes we all need to do something wild, to stir up the stale water in us and experience true life again. And that is exactly what Reese Witherspoon will do according to Fox Searchlight. She's just taken the lead role in WILD, a movie adaptation of the bestselling Nick Hornby novel: With the dissolution of her marriage and the death of her mother, Cheryl Strayed has lost all hope. After years of reckless, destructive behaviour, she makes a rash decision. With absolutely no experience, driven only by sheer determination, Cheryl hikes more than a thousand miles of the Pacific Crest Trail, alone. WILD powerfully captures the terrors and pleasures of one young woman forging ahead against all odds on a journey that maddens, strengthens, and ultimately heals her.

  HILARIOUS NEW
 RIO 2 TRAILER!
And here's a sweet treat: second hilarious teaser for animated sequel RIO 2! Coming to theatres next April, with the voices of Rodrigo Santoro, Anne Hathaway and  Jesse Eisenberg, the sequel will see Blu, Jewel and their three kids living the perfect domesticated life in that magical city. When Jewel decides the kids need to learn to live like real birds, she insists the family venture into the Amazon. As Blu tries to fit in with his new neighbors, he worries he may lose Jewel and the kids to the call of the wild!

  THE FIFTH ESTATE TRAILER
BENEDICT CUMBERBATCH, DANIEL BRUHL, DAN STEVENS
Dreamworks has released the first trailer for Wikileaks movie THE FIFTH ESTATE which hits theatres this November depicting the two men who's only crime was their fight against US tyranny and fight for truth.  Following Daniel Domscheit-Berg (Daniel Brühl), an early supporter and eventual colleague of Julian Assange (Benedict Cumberbatch), THE FIFTH ESTATE traces the heady, early  days of WikiLeaks, culminating in the release of a series of controversial and history changing information leaks. The website’s overnight success brought instant fame to its principal architects and transformed the flow of information to news media and the world at large. The cast also includes Dan Stevens, Alicia Vikander, Laura Linney, Anthony Mackie, David Thewlis, Stanley Tucci and Carice van Houten.

  1. Cumberbatch is in everything these days! Hard to get used to watching him in that blond wig, but I know he'll give a compelling performance in The Fifth Estate.

    1. yep, and I can't say I'm happy, since I don't really get his appeal.

    2. I don't get his appeal either, but that's ok - with a movie like that, I'd rather focus on the story than the distracted by the actors.

  5. I haven't seen Rio 1 yet. I shall have to see if I can find it.

Glad they're telling the story of The Fifth Element. It's actually amazing that the government didn't have them killed. In the old days, these guys would have been dead within minutes of telling the truth. I think their high profile leak is the only thing that saved them.

    1. oh, but they do want them killed, dear, but they can't put their paws on them. As soon as some country sends them back to USA they will get death penalty for sure :(

  10. I love 20th Century Fox animated films, but I hate the fact that when I go to them, I'm supporting NewsCorp owned by Rupert Murdoch. That billionaire has got his hands in so many different things that you just can't escape throwing money at him in some form or another. So that money of course goes to all things anti-gay and all things super conservative, etc. Ay carajo...it just makes me sad. Ah well, I guess at least the gays have Amazon and Starbucks.

  11. Ugh, another Rio movie? Seriously? I thought the first was kind of rubbish.

But a Wikileaks movie seriously interests me. Especially with Benedict Cumberpatch (or as my sister calls him, Cucumberpatch).

    I loved him as Sherlock.
