  2. So, Spaniard #1 went home last month. Allison was sad to see him go. However, we have Spaniard #2 coming next month for a year of foreign exchange and the host mom asked Allison if she'd show him around. Ummmm, I'm not so sure I like the idea once I saw him. I swear, he looks like Dominic Andersen with his damn washboard abs, looking like an Abercrombie and Fitch model on his Instagram page. Aran was lanky, shy, kinda nerdy-cute. I didn't worry about him. This new one though, I'll have to keep a sharp eye on. He's got heart breaker written all over him.

    1. Just sad? Thought she'd be gutted, but a prospect of new Latin lover is probably very comforting LOL Well, I'd rather like a hot son in law for my daughter than a non hot one LOL

    2. No, she was pretty tore up when he left, but she's been invited to spend Christmas in Spain depending on where we're at Covid-wise and if Europe starts letting Americans travel there again. Otherwise, he'll be here for Christmas. He's also planning to come back to finish his last year of school here and they FaceTime almost daily, so it's not like they aren't keeping in touch.

The hot ones cause too much drama because they know they are hot and flirt with all the girls. She don't need to be dealing with that kind of crap when she needs to be focusing on her studies.

    3. I wouldn't be travelling to Spain any decade soon :) but a lot of people from my country (rather idiots than people) have already paid for trips there even though it was Europe's corona hotspot, and now that everybody has closed borders to us as we are the new hotspot, nobody can venture out :) Our people are quite stupid, some even went to Greece and carried the virus over there, blooming bastards.

    4. I have no idea why anyone would want to come to the US right now. Our numbers are insane and rise daily. Mostly in the bigger states, but still it will start to spread to us smaller ones eventually. Idiots here are not taking it serious. We'll probably still be banned from visiting other countries this Christmas anyway since the people here are stupid. Nobody wants our 'rona germs messing up their country.

    5. Stay safe, deary, it is horrible in my city as well, we even currently have a pregnant lady and a baby ill from it in our hospital which is filled to the rafters, but our biggest virus is the president, he spits evil every hour. This is really the worst year there ever was for humanity.

    6. Hugs to you and your countrymen. I do hope we both make it out of this mess alive. It's by some miracle that this year is 1/2 over and you and I are still standing.

    7. Wasn't that our original plan? To be standing alive and ready in the times of apocalypse? I kinda have a sense we had that plan before... LOL

    8. Well, we're fighters, that's for sure. Here's to sticking to the plan!

  3. I like the costumes of the characters. Looks luxurious and aristocratic.

When it comes to the acting of the players, I don't doubt the quality of their acting.

    1. The costumes will be stunning, sadly I couldn't find the name of the costume designer as they did not put it over at IMDB.

  4. You're right about that man being a hunk!! Although the face he's making in that picture is a bit odd. lol Can we talk about Jayne Seymour for a minute? She looks fabulous!!! I used to watch her on Dr. Quinn with my mother.

    1. The cast has so many hunks, that pretty much any name you take from that cast list above will take you to a hunk in google search :) Seymour looks amazing and is very regal, methinks, although maybe some other actress would be better suited for this particular role as Eleanor of Aquitaine was a major biyatch :) I wonder whom will Joan Collins play.
