THE LAST RIFLEMAN MOVIE
FIRST LOOK AT PIERCE BROSNAN
And you probably will not recognise him: Pierce Brosnan has been transformed into an old man in THE LAST RIFLEMAN movie from Sky. In the story inspired by real-life World War II veteran Bernard Jordan, who escaped from his care home and made his way to Normandy to attend the 70th anniversary events in 2014, Brosnan plays the 89-year-old World War II hero Artie Crawford, who secretly leaves his care home in Northern Ireland in order to travel to France and pay his final respects on the 75th anniversary of the D-Day landings. In case you were wondering, Pierce Brosnan is 70. Directed by Terry Loane, the film also stars Desmond Eastwood, Louis Gossett Jr and Claire Rafferty. You can also check out the first trailer below for the film that airs November 5th:
Well, he is an old man...so, this is probably not a fuss to transform him into older man.
ReplyDeleteGeez, seventy is not old, you are a mature person from 50 till 80, only after 80 you are a bit old.
DeleteOhh that's a good cast. I would watch that.
ReplyDeleteShould be good although it seems like the same storyline like that recent Michael Caine movie.
DeleteI like Pierce. Even at 70 he’s still quite handsome! I agree that the storyline sounds familiar to Michael’s movie.
ReplyDeleteIt seems that he tweeted us or something as this post has been my most popular one for a week now with a record number of visits.
DeleteThat's wonderful!
DeleteIt is.
