Coming straight from France where it has been playing in cinemas since last month is new period set costume drama THE SECRETS OF THE PRINCESS OF
CADIGNAN (Les secrets de la princesse de Cadignan) which was directed by Arielle Dombasle based on the short story by Honore de Balzac. She also gave herself the lead role and is portraying the title character. And who is she? She is a princess, a great seductress, a 19th century aristocrat. “Don Juan among women”, according to Balzac’s expression. Devilishly intelligent. This woman, who has had many lovers, almost all the male characters in the “Human Comedy”, will finally find love. The true one. The great one. Julie Depardieu and Cédric Kahn also star in this French historical movie.

DeleteI'm glad that Arielle Dombasle is still making movies and playing the lead. Did you get to see Lessons in Chemistry? I watched the first episode yesterday and would like to hear your opinion.

DeleteI haven't seen Chemistry, I will probably download when it ends streaming. Is it bad? I started Warrior season 3, first two eps have been lacking in dynamics so far.
Warrior season 3 gets worse. I won't tell you anything about Lessons. I want to hear your unpolluted opinion. Arielle was a sex symbol of the 80s.
DeleteIt probably won't come any time soon LOL as I don't intend to watch it in the near future, but I will watch Julia and Gilded as they stream probably next month. Of the new shows I will start new Frasier next weekend probably. Portofino starts tonight by the way.
DeleteOhh la la. Sadly, many probably view her as a slut whereas Don Juan is viewed as a hero. Nothing wrong with either of them getting their freak on.
