Over at Toronto Film Festival worldwide rights have been sold for THE BALLAD OF DAVY CROCKET movie, aka Savage Lands, in which William Moseley leads the plot set in 1815, following the story of an 
American Legend whose wife has fallen deathly ill, leaving his young children to survive on their own. Davy must set out on a perilous journey fighting off danger and enemies across the wild frontier. Colm Meaney also stars in the historical adventure.

This is the one period drama subgenre that it is favored in United States right now. No problemo with me, love westerns
