Among more than 4,400 posts that we've published so far, there are those that get continuous high hits for a very long time, usually those on international dramas about which we wrote among first in English. One of such series was definitely Russian
period set drama Detective Anna which aired on
Amazon Prime. You obviously loved that series shot in 2016 and 2017, but what is interesting is that the series was followed by a prequel series
THE SECRETS OF MRS KIRSANOVA also known as

I haven’t seen any of these but I love the very warm and cozy looking attire!! You mentioned your page views.. how do you track your page views? I was recently reading an article on how inaccurate blogger was and now I have no clue how to know what’s true figures.
ReplyDeleteYou have view count thingy among gadgets offer here at the dashboard, but it is true that Blogger is messing with the numbers to lower the Google ads revenue for us :( Whenever I had a huge increase in hits Blogger would do something to lower it suddenly, I stopped caring about it long time ago. Being on Google's Blogger I should have much more hits than I officially have. I remember that back in the times of Google Plus, I had more than a 100 million hits at my profile, and yet, this blog, which was directly connected to it, had none of those numbers, so it was a clear evidence that Google is messing with us.
Delete4400 posts. Dahlink, you have been busy. I only have a little over 1000 in my 11 year run! I see you are about to hit 8 million views. A celebration is in order, it seems!
ReplyDeleteYes, back in the day we used to have more than one post a day, and we are also 11 this year, another thing that binds us, deary. Yes, we should have our 8 millionth visitor sometime this week, that's more than my country has citizens LOL
DeleteI think everyone is moving away from the blog platform and doing more YouTube and social media. That's why you don't see more posts than one in a day. You're the only blogger that I visit that still does daily postings. The rest have slowed way down and do more Instagram and TikToks. I did have more posts and one time, but I've went through and deleted a lot of non-relevant posts that just didn't need to be up there anymore.
DeleteIn my case, it is because of the nature of my blog, daily news which arrive all the time, it is not so much a personal blog, I probably should've switched to a website longtime ago but I've never known how to do it and how complicated that would be and how expensive, but I'm guessing it would increase my revenue.
DeleteYes, you have news coming in from all over every day, unlike me who can only occasionally bake and travel so my posts are more random and spread out. I like that you stayed a blog. It seems more personal, like you connect with your readers more than on a regular website.
DeleteYes, if it was a site I couldn't trash films and stars so openly LOL
DeleteWow, you're doing really well on your blog.
ReplyDeleteWe're even read by the celebrities sometimes :)
