'DEATH ON THE NILE'
HERCULE POIROT IS BACK!
Here's another new trailer for you: I cannot say I was thrilled with his previous Agatha Christie adaptation, but Kenneth Branagh's DEATH ON THE NILE will be out in cinemas October 23rd with him directing and
playing famous detective Hercule Poirot. Tom Bateman leads the cast with Annette Benning, Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders with another British comedian Russell Brand, Armie Hammer, Gal Gadot!
The ship sets sail October 23rd! |
Belgian sleuth Hercule Poirot's Egyptian vacation aboard a glamorous
river steamer turns into a terrifying search for a murderer when a
picture perfect couple's idyllic honeymoon is tragically cut short. Set
against an epic landscape of sweeping desert vistas and the majestic
Giza pyramids, this tale of unbridled passion and incapacitating
jealousy features a
cosmopolitan group of impeccably dressed travellers,
and enough wicked twists and turns to leave audiences guessing until
the final, shocking denouement.
Legendary duo Jennifer Saunders and Dawn French star in the film too! Jennifer will play a rich cleptomaniac, and Dawn will be her nurse. |
Looks good to me!
ReplyDeleteVisually quite rich, hope it won't be ghastly boring as Orient Express was.
DeleteIt sounds like Orient Express.. but as long as it promises to deliver a real ending (unlike Orient Express), I'm totally in!!
ReplyDeleteI really did not like Orient Express even though I really really wanted to love it.
DeleteLooks good to me. Hopefully all the best parts aren’t just in the trailer.
ReplyDeleteWonder if croconilles would enjoy it....
