'LET HIM GO' TRAILER
FIGHT FOR YOUR FAMILY
Trailers for two new films for you today starting with a rather hard one for disturbing thriller LET HIM GO which is out this November starring
three Academy Award winners Kevin Costner, Diane Lane and Lesley Manville.
Let Him Go will be out in cinemas this November |
The film, which sees Kevin and Diane playing a retired sheriff and
his wife who, following the loss of their son, leave their Montana ranch
to rescue their young grandson from the clutches of a dangerous family
living off the grid in the Dakotas, also stars Jeffrey Donovan and our
dear Will Brittain who was amazing in William. Directed by Thomas
Bezucha, the film is a big screen adaptation of a book by Larry Watson.
This is the third film in which Costner and Lane play a husband a wife
after the Superman movies.
'A CALL TO SPY' SENDS
LADIES INTO SPYING BUSINESS
The second trailer is for World War II set action thriller drama directed by Lydia Dean Pilcher A CALL TO SPY which is out in UK this October.
In the beginning of WWII, with Britain becoming desperate, Churchill orders his
new spy agency - the Special Operations Executive (SOE) - to recruit and train women as spies. Their daunting mission: conduct sabotage and build a resistance. SOE's "spymistress," Vera Atkins (Stana Katic), recruits two unusual candidates: Virginia Hall (Sarah Megan Thomas), an ambitious American with a wooden leg, and Noor Inayat Khan (Radhika Atpe), a Muslim pacifist. Together, these women help to undermine the Nazi regime in France, leaving an unmistakable legacy in their wake. Inspired by true stories. Sarah Megan Thomas, who also wrote the script, actually hurt her leg while playing a woman without a leg, and had to have a very serious surgery on it during the shooting of the movie.
A Call To Spy arrives this October |
I think Let Him Go will be a hit. I've already seen several of my facebook friends sharing the trailer talking about how they can't wait to see that one.
ReplyDeleteIt could be given that nothing else will be playing in cinemas any time soon. It is way too scary for me personally.
DeleteI want to watch the acting of one of my idol actors, Kevin Costner ... did he act well in the film too.
ReplyDeleteHe probably did.
DeleteThese two will be great for me, especially the second one!
ReplyDeleteWe do love brave WW2 stories.
DeleteKevin Costner is a preview of a good movie.
ReplyDeleteLadies love him!
DeleteYes, it does look intense. However, I think there are many parents who would push past the boundaries of the law if their child or grandchild fell in the wrong hands. I do think it's one I will sit down and watch.
ReplyDeleteHope it has a happy ending.
DeleteI second what you said.. It looks good but I hope it has a happy ending. Call to Spy also looks like a must watch. I especially love that it is based on a true story.
ReplyDeleteWe do ever so love true stories!
