PREMIUM SPOTLIGHT ON SUSPENSEFULLY CAPTIVATING THRILLER TV SERIES PENANCE WITH NICO MIRALLEGRO, JULIE GRAHAM, NEIL MORRISSEY

'PENANCE' TV SERIES
BRINGS BACK NICO MIRALLEGRO TO THE SMALL SCREENS!
Penance arrives March 17th
Well, we did truly miss him ever so much, but one of our dearest of the British hunks - the super expressive and deeply magnetic Nico Mirallegro is returning to the small screens this month in new drama PENANCE. You probably still fondly remember his outstandingly emotional and believable performance in BBC series Rillington Place and Village and we also saw him in Mike Lee's Peterloo last year and in that superhot movie The Pass with Russell Tovey, so I'm hoping Nico will stun us with his talent in this one too, although it does seem it will be a darker role for him. The three episode television adaptation of Kate O'Riordan's novel of the same name, will premiere on Channel 5 March 17th, which is Tuesday and will then continue
Legendary Art Malik, left, also stars in the new drama
next two nights as well. Check out the super intriguing teaser trailer below and tell us what you think.

  1. It's interesting it's only three episodes. I like that. It means they aren't padding it to turn it into a full series.

    1. No, it is a limited series, it seems to be a new trend in UK this year for series to have up to four episodes or less.

  2. I have never heard of Nico Mirallegro..but from your description, it appears that I'm missing out. If the show is circled around a dead child, I'm not sure if I could bring myself to watch it.

    1. I've been following him all of his career, about a decade now, he is always brilliant. The child is as big as him, not a small kid.

  3. Quite the 3 part soap opera going on here. Will make for some juicy watching when I need a little excitement in my life.
