NORSEMEN is already airing over at
Netflix and, if I'm not mistaken, the second season is available as well with the same amount of episodes, set in 790 AD, and following the Vikings of Norheim who have a hectic schedule that includes pillaging, plundering, enslaving others and solving problems with violence. It is interesting that the series, coming from Norway, was recorded simultaneously in both Norwegian and English language versions by filming each scene twice. The upcoming third season is named

Vikings in the town of Norheim and them dealing with day to day life and
conflict of varying comedic degrees. As the series progresses, disputes
with neighbouring villages, including a rival tribe led by the ruthless

I've actually never heard of this before. Not really my cup of tea and because I have a lot already waiting for me to watch, I'll just skip it. Hope I'm not missing out.
ReplyDeleteI think most people have never heard of this one :)
DeleteThis series reminds me of another one, but I just can't quite put my finger on it, LOL!
ReplyDeleteIt bugs the mind :)
DeleteLooks interesting! Will try to watch it! ^^
ReplyDeleteHope it is at least a bit funny.
DeleteThis one looks too dark and dreary to watch right now. I’m looking for something bright and fun! Maybe this will be a must watch for over the summer.
ReplyDeleteBut it's a comedy series :) I opted not to watch it, though, when they mention somewhere that the blond warrioress likes to rape men during their pillaging. How is that funny?
DeleteTotally agree, that is not funny.. Our movie choices so far in quarantine have been awful! Haven't seen an amazing on yet.
DeleteIt's a sad period for movies, and will be even sadder, as so many movies have shut down production and everything will be postponed or binned.
DeleteNorsemen is hilarious!
ReplyDeleteThat is what they say.
DeleteI've actually heard good things about this one. It's been in my Netflix queue for a bit, but maybe I'll have time to catch up on it during quarantine.
ReplyDeleteI've never heard of it before even though it has been on Netflix for like three years now LOL
DeleteUsually the Vikings are shown as so series. Humor is good.
ReplyDeleteI've never met with Norwegian humour before :)
