EXCLUSIVE CONCEPT ART PICTURES FROM SF THRILLER "THE CROSS"

Here are the first concept art pictures from Andrew Niccol's future sf thriller "The Cross" published over at First showing. net. We've already mentioned this movie a few months ago. Starring Orlando Bloom, Vincent Cassel and Olga Kurylenko, this is a story about a strange strongly guarded crossing in some futuristic society which the main hero in the film has to cross somehow. Defying all adds he menages to become the first one to cross it, and he becomes the first one to come back ... back to his love.

  1. Looks amazing, though pretty pictures do not make a film

  2. True, true, but let us hope that these concept art pics will predict the same thing AVATAR's concept art predicted about visual side of that movie :)

  3. Hi, I wonder if the movie is going to be as good as the pictures. And if it is not as good as the pictures it still can't be really bad when Vincent Cassel is there:)

  4. Hi, Emsy :) welcome to HOLLYWOOD SPY.
Yep, it can't be bad when Vincent is there, and when Andrew Niccol is directing (he did famous GATTACA) ;)

  5. Looks interesting, and I'm one of the few who thinks Orlando Bloom isn't that bad of an actor. So I look forward to seeing him in a new film that looks like something a little different than what's he has done in the past. And Olga Kurylenko is good eye candy!

  6. These strange futuristic societies can be used to tell a great story. After all, that's one of the main reasons I read science fiction. :)

Gattaca was a little boring and far too much sepia looking, but it had a great story.

  7. I like Orlando as well. I'm not a huge fan, but he can be interesting sometimes. But I guess he'll never do anything better than his role as Legolas.

    "Sepia looking" :))))
