BREATHTAKING TRAILER AND PICTURES FOR 'DA VINCI'S DEMONS' EPIC FANTASY SERIES SECOND SEASON WITH TOM RILEY, ELLIOT COWAN, BLAKE RITSON, LAURA HADDOCK, LARA PULVER

DA VINCI'S DEMONS
SEASON TWO TRAILER AND PICS
Prepare yourself for a mega treat this Monday, people! It is here, it is here, the first trailer for the second season of stunning historical fantasy series DA VINCI'S DEMONS has been released by Starz this weekend! Under the slogan 'Where destiny ends, his journey begins' its seems from the trailer that the mysterious adventures of famous inventor, genius and playboy will take Leonardo (abnormally charismatic Tom Riley) all the way over to South America to the breathtaking ancient tribes of the New World. As you remember the first season ended with Leo and Lorenzo Medici (our beloved - delightfully refined Elliot Cowan) being surrounded from all sides by swords and enemies and it seems that Leo could be searching for his redemption all the way in the new continent. But it also seems that his enemies will go after him to the other side of the world since we can see his arch-enemy Count Riario (stunningly talented Blake Ritson) following him in pursuit and in thirst for revenge.
LEO'S NEW GROOVE

Mindblowing new pictures, which were also released this weekend, also show Leonardo's new image with a longer hair and with even hotter outfits and costumes. And it seems that the rest of the cast is back too including two gorgeous ladies - Laura Haddock and Lara Pulver and a charming cameo from Mona Lisa in one of the pictures :).

DA VINCI'S DEMONS STORY
WHERE DESTINY ENDS, HIS JOURNEY BEGINS
In a world where thought and faith are controlled, one man fights to set knowledge free. The secret history of Leonardo da Vinci’s tantalizing life reveals a portrait of a young man tortured by a gift of superhuman genius. He is a heretic intent on exposing the lies of religion. An insurgent seeking to subvert an elitist society. A bastard son who yearns for legitimacy with his father. He finds himself in the midst of a storm that has been brewing for centuries. A conflict between truth and lies, religion and reason, past and future. His aspirations are used against him by the opposing forces of the time—luring him into a game of seduction where those who despise his intellect need him most. Leonardo must take up the fight against foes who use history to suppress the truth. A hero armed only with genius, da Vinci stands alone against the darkness within, and the darkness without. Facing an uncertain future, his quest for knowledge nearly becomes his undoing as he explores the fringes of his own sanity. Da Vinci throws himself into his genius and emerges as an unstoppable force that lifts an entire era out of darkness and propels it into light. His story becomes a mirror into our own world, calling us all to join his fight to Free the Future.

    1. the show needs charming glamour thus the sexy costumes, it would be boring without them :) It is the only epic show that hasn't disappointed us last year and now we cannot wait for the second season

    1. Starz always blocks their videos to most of the countries, for some reason :( This is why I've put a YouTube one, which I can see, Dave, and I'm not in USA, so I don't know why you can't :(

    2. I'm blocked too. It says it due to copyright issues. Maybe they haven't secured all the rights to something yet?

    3. this is why I've added the link to Starz' official channel under the trailer where you can view the clip if you're in USA :) This one is for the rest of the world :P

  4. I still haven't been able to catch this show. But how could I resist "abnormally charismatic" for much longer. Really, I want to see this show, but I'll have to wait until they offer it on Netflix. Fingers crossed.

    1. I think you can watch it for free at Starz website too now :) You really must not miss it, since it is the only of the epic shows that hasn't disappointed HOLLYWOOD SPY last year and it has only 8 or 10 episodes.

  10. I am very excited for DaVinci's Demons. What a hunk DaVinci is. With that body and that brain and that artistic talent, it really is unfair. But I'm not complaining.

When I read your synopsis and specifically the words, "In a world where thought and faith are controlled..." I can't help but draw parallels to the present-day U.S. and the efforts of the T.E.A. Party. You may not know because you live in another country, but we are currently paralyzed by a small minority of extremist economic terrorists who deny evolution and who think economists are lying to them when they say "a default on our ability to pay our bills is catastrophic." It's got me so afraid, I'm actually losing sleep at night.

    1. our Tom is even hotter in the second season, isn't he? Such a lovely gent, he and Elliot and Blake too, and Laura is stunning as well.

Trust me, Michael, when financial crises stars in USA it crosses the ocean in a flash too :( We still haven't recovered from those idiots of yours who had that bank scheme a few years ago....
