RUSSELL CROWE'S WWI EPIC DRAMA 'THE WATER DIVINER'
One of our favourite stars from popular SPARTACUS epic show, Jai Courtney has new gigs: after starring in A GOOD DAY TO DIE HARD, next hear's horror movie I, FRANKENSTEIN and upcoming fantasy movie DIVERGENT with Kate Winslet, he will join Russell Crowe's directorial debut THE WATER DIVINER a WWI movie about an Australian father who travels to Turkey on a mission to find his three sons' bodies, who died during Gallipoli battle in World War I. Joining Russell and Olga Kurylenko, Jai will play a colonel who is tasked with identifying the thousands of soldiers killed at Gallipoli, and who reluctantly allows the father to conduct his search.

If you're in the mood for post apocalyptic movies here's a new one: 'Deadline' reports that WE'RE THE MILLERS producer has bought movie rights on DAY ONE sf book by Nate Kenyon. Set in the near future, the book details a journalist’s attempt to escape New York to rescue his pregnant wife and young son during the chaotic first 24 hours of a sentient computer takeover. The book has been published earlier this month by Macmillan.

And following the success of DOWNTON ABBEY, Amazon is preparing their own upstairs downstairs show GRAND AVE which will, set in 1910 Los Angeles, chronicle the explosive, overnight transformation of L.A. from small town to iconic American city. The show revolves around a powerful, ruthless family and explores how the destiny of a select few coincided with a major metropolis on the verge of its grand arrival.

PAUL WALKER AGAINST KATRINA HURRICANE AND TIME
Coming out December 13th is dramatic action thriller HOURS with Paul Walker and today you can check out the trailer for the film! Before sunrise on August 29, 2005, Nolan Hayes (Paul Walker) arrives at a New Orleans hospital with his pregnant wife, Abigail (Genesis Rodriguez), who has gone into early labour. What should be one of the happiest days of Nolan's life quickly spirals out of control when the birth goes tragically wrong and Hurricane Katrina ravages the hospital, forcing an evacuation. Nolan and his newborn baby are soon cut off from the world by power outages and rising flood waters. With his baby completely dependent on a ventilator Nolan faces one life-and-death decision after another, fighting to keep his daughter alive, as minute by agonizing minute passes... becoming unimaginable hours.
