premiered back in 2013, this one will arrive to cinemas only now, at Thanksgiving, November 25th! The voice cast again has Nicolas Cage, Ryan Reynolds and Emma Stone.

the prehistoric family is in need of a new
place to live which leads them into the world searching for a safer place to
call home. They come upon a seemingly ideal, walled-in paradise that
suits heir needs. It seems as though their problems are solved, except
that another family, The Bettermans, already lives there. The Bettermans
have an elaborate tree house, incredible inventions and acres of fresh
produce, putting them a couple of steps ahead of
The sequel to the 2013 hit was directed by Joel Crawford
the Croods on the
evolutionary ladder. But they take the Croods in as the world's first
house guests. Before long, tensions rise between the families. When all
seems lost, a new threat emerges that sets them all on an adventure
The movie will be out in UK only in late January next year
outside the safety of their home that will force them to embrace their
differences, draw strength from each other and forge a future together.

It seems that after they've collaborated on the second season of epic TV series The Last Kingdom (check it down below), BBC and Netflix will work again on another period set lavish saga! As it has been confirmed today, they will produce TROY: FALL OF A CITY epic mini series which will tell the story of the siege of Troy from the point of view of a Trojan family! Written by the scribes of Tom Hiddleston's Night Manager, 'the bold and visceral rendition of the 3000 year old classic, told across multiple parts, will be Intimate and epic, gripping and exhilarating, rich with psychological intrigue and human drama, bringing the characters' passions, pain and loss'. Rachel Weisz and Emma Stone in the story that follows the political
machinations behind the scenes during the reign of Queen Anne, the last
monarch of the House of Stuarts. The story takes place between the end
of the 17th century and first years of the 18th century, when Anne
reigned from 1702-1707. Olivia Colman is set to play Queen Anne, with
Rachel Weisz as her lady Sarah, Duchess of Marlborough and Emma Stone as
Abigail Masham, an impoverished, distant relative of Sarah, who gains a
position at court tending to the Queen. Nicholas Hoult will be
Harley,the Tory party leader during the reign of Queen Anne!

In TV news, Spike has announced that Vikings' star Alyssa Sutherland has joined their TV series adaptation of Stephen King's THE MIST about a foreboding mist that arrives in a small town ushering in a terrifying new reality for its residents, putting their humanity to the test. What will people do to survive when blinded by fear?
Alyssa Sutherland will play Eve Cunningham, a wife and mother
who fights to protect her teenage daughter from unknown dangers lurking

The first interesting movie clip to be released this week is for musical movie LA LA LAND out this December starring Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling. He is Sebastian, a dedicated jazz musician who struggles to cope with life in Los Angeles. Emma Stone is his girlfriend, the aspiring actress Mia. Together, they attempt to crave a niche out for themselves in Hollywood while the pressures of making it big weigh down on their blossoming relationship. Will they make it in the big city? I'm sure you've already heard it by now since it's been the movie news of the day: Emma Stone will lead Disney's live action CRUELLA movie! She will play the legendary villain in the new story on the famous Cruella De Vil from 101 DALMATIANS who was previously played by Glenn Close which means this rendition would see her much younger, kinda like Angelina Jolie was in MALEFICENT which means it will be an origin story!
As I've informed you before, beside MALEFICENT, SNOWWHITE and
CINDERELLA which already have their new versions, JUNGLE BOOK, DUMBO, MULAN and TINKERBELL are also getting new live action versions. PETE'S DRAGON and BEAUTY AND THE BEAST are already done.
'THE CROWN' EPIC SERIES

But your main treat for today is the lavish and expensively looking (should be, since the budget is astonishing 100$ million) first trailer for Netflix new ten part historical series THE CROWN depicting the early years of British queen Elizabeth II (Claire Foy) and her ascension on the throne. As you can see from the trailer the big focus will be on her marriage to war commander Philip Mountbatten - played by Matt Smith. Set in the aftermath of World War II, the series will also describe her disagreements with Winston Churchill (John Lithgow). The series creator is Peter Morgan who won an Oscar for THE QUEEN with Helen Mirren. Brilliant Stephen Daldry (THE READER, BILLY ELLIOTT) is directing.
Today we're busy with the news on all the new gigs that await hot redhead Emma Stone! She will star in LOVE MAY FAIL, an adaptation of Matthew Quick's bestseller about a divorcee who returns to her home town and tries to clear the name of her favourite English teacher whose career ended forcibly after a classroom scandal.
AND 'BATTLE OF SEXES' She will also play tennis legend Billie Jean King in BATTLE OF THE
SEXES which focuses on the 1973 tennis 5 set match between King and
Bobby Riggs (Steve Carell).
The competition took place in Texas and had a winning prize of $100,000.
King ended up beating the former Wimbledon champion Riggs in a victory

As Philip plots his revenge, he finds his feelings complicated as he falls under Rachel’s beguiling spell.

'BRAVEHEART' SEQUEL 'LION RAMPANT' WITH EMMA STONE?
Sadly he wasn't destined to be the new BEN HUR after all (the role in the end went to Jack Huston), but our dearest, most beloved and sweetest Tom Hiddleston will show his BRAVEHEART in the sequel to the Mel Gibson classic epic movie! As 'Daily Mail' reports, according to emails exposed by WikiLeaks, Hiddlestud will take on the role of Scotland's warrior king Robert the Bruce in the sequel LION RAMPANT which is to be directed by David Mackenzie (PERFECT SENSE, YOUNG ADAM) and will be shot in Scotland with Jack O'Connell and Emma Stone also wanted for some of the roles. British movie company Working Title (most famous for FOUR WEDDING AND A FUNERAL) will produce the film about Robert the Bruce, who lead the war against the English fighting for Scottish Independence.

Speaking of all things epic, another historical TV series that is coming to us in the future is HBO's mini series LEWIS AND CLARK which, based on Stephen E. Ambrose's historical book 'Undaunted Courage', tells the story of America’s first contact with the land and native tribes of the country west of the Mississippi River. It follows the epic journey of the Corps of Discovery and its captains, Meriwether Lewis (Cassey Affleck) and William Clark (Matthias Schoenaerts), who traverse uncharted territory on a mission to deliver President Jefferson’s message of sovereignty as they search for his fabled all-water route to the Pacific.
