FIRST JOY MOVIE TRAILER
STARRING BILL NIGHY AND JAMES NORTON
Netflix has sent us the fist trailer for their new British movie JOY about the first in vitro fertilisation born baby. Directed by Ben Taylor and spanning from 1968 to 1978, it will follow three trailblazers facing opposition from the
church, state, media and medical establishment, in their pursuit of the
world’s first ‘test tube baby’, Louise Joy Brown. The three figures are
a young nurse (Thomasin McKenzie), a visionary scientist (James Norton) and an innovative surgeon (Bill Nighy)! The film is coming soon, but no date yet.
Finally something interesting will be on Netflix.
ReplyDeleteThey have become so terrible and they have been announcing dozens and dozens of international projects in last two weeks and none of them interesting.
DeleteI didn’t realize that in vitro was that new of a procedure. I’ll watch this. I find stories like this fascinating.
ReplyDeleteIt is, and pope was against it just like this new one is against surrogates. Popes are evil.
DeleteSo stupid. They want them to go forth and multiply. What’s wrong with using unconventional methods to expand your family to do so?
DeletePope says it is messing with god's will, like fuck off bitch, according to his daft opinion if nature did not give you kids ya should suffer till you die and under no circumstances use a surogate. But what does he care, he will never have kids. Our patriarch often throws curses on gay people. They are all nasty bastards and will rot in hell.
