Jules lands into theatres this August
|
What a nice trio, indeed:
Ben Kingsley, Jane Curtin and
Harriet Sansom Harris in the first trailer for
JULES sf
comedy out this August. Milton (Kingsley) lives a quiet life of routine
in a small western Pennsylvania town, but finds his day upended when a
UFO and its extra-terrestrial passenger
crash-land in his backyard. Before long, Milton develops a close
relationship with the extra-terrestrial he calls “Jules.” Things become
complicated when two neighbors (Harris and Curtin) discover Jules and
the government quickly closes in, with the three neighbors ultimately
going on to find meaning and connection later in life, thanks to this
unlikely stranger.
That looks interesting, and kind of funny. I would probably be able to watch that. I could just imagine our government swooping in if an alien landed and just making all sorts of first contact mistakes. LOL
ReplyDeleteThere were stories that your government already knows about the aliens and that Trumpie wanted to reveal it to the public but they would not let him because the humanity is not yet ready for it.
DeleteI remember you wrote about this one a while ago..now finally the trailer is out.
ReplyDeleteYes, and almost nobody around the net noticed that it is out except me LOL
DeleteJason and I were just talking today about the government knowing about other life sources. Poor alien Jules lands in America and they already have it hooked on junk food LOL
ReplyDeleteNo, junk, he eats just apples :)
DeleteWasn't he eating a bowl of potato chips on the couch? Nvm it was sliced apples. I stand corrected.
DeleteTwas apples, towards the end of the trailer he even goes to buy bags of apples for him in the supermarket. I do prefer vegetarian aliens.
