Just three new movie posters for you today, two of which for Amy  Adams' new movies. The first one is for her NOCTURNAL ANIMALS, a highly stylised drama thriller by Tom Ford, which also stars Armie Hammer, Jake Gyllenhaal, Aaron Johnson, Michael Sheen, Laura Linney, Michael Shannon and Amy's lookalike Isla Fisher!

She plays an art gallery owner who is haunted by her ex-husband's novel, a violent thriller she interprets as a veiled threat and a symbolic revenge tale. Recalling her first marriage she gets confronted with some dark truths about herself.

Two trailers for you today! Straight from Disney today a new trailer for their new animated adventure MOANA has swum up together with a new poster! The movie is out this November.

The big screen adaptation of the 1993 novel by Austin Wright, NOCTURNAL ANIMALS is a story about a successful Los Angeles art gallery owner whose life is jarred when she receives a manuscript written by her first husband, who she has not seen in years. As the woman reads the book, she is forced to face the dark past.

The cast of the big screen movie adaptation of Austin Wright's novel NOCTURNAL ANIMALS is becoming more and more stellar. Already including Amy Adams, Jake Gyllenhaal, Aaron Johnson, Kim Basinger and Michael Shannon, it has now added Armie Hammer too! He will play Amy Adams' husband in Tom Ford directed movie which has a two part story – the first part is about a woman named Susan (Amy Adams), who receives a manuscript from her ex (Armie Hammer), asking for her opinion. The second part is the script itself about a man (Jake Gyllenhaal) whose family vacation turns violent with Shannon playing a detective investigating the violent incident while Johnson plays a mysterious figure who may pose a threat to the family.

  'RUNNING WILD' DRAMA

Another movie that has been adding new cast members rather quickly lately is western drama RUNNING WILD which has just cast Jason Lewis next to Sharon Stone. The film follows Stella Davis (Dorian Brown), a widow who saves her ranch by working with convicts to rehabilitate a herd of wild horses that wandered on to her property. Stella must fight prejudice, greed, bureaucracy and vanity – including her own – to finally understand that there is no better remedy to misfortune than helping another living creature. Sharon Stone will play the main villain called Meredith.

Meanwhile, the only clip I have for you today is from new European drama movie THE LOBSTER boasting an equally stellar cast including Rachel Weisz, Colin Farrell, Ben Whishaw,  Lea Seydoux, John C. Out in UK this October the story is set in a dystopian near future, where single people, according to the laws of The City, are taken to The Hotel on the coast of Ireland, where they are obliged to find a romantic partner in forty-five days or are transformed into beasts and sent off into The Woods.

One of Hollywood's most anticipated films, fashion designer Tom Ford's second directorial project NOCTURNAL ANIMALS (after 2009's A SINGLE MAN with Colin Firth and Matthew Goode) is adding new actors to the cast! According to 'Variety' Aaron Johnson and Michael Shannon have joined Amy Adams and Jake Gyllenhaal who are in the lead roles. BBC'S 'LIVING AND THE DEAD'

Meanwhile, BBC has released the first photo from their new six part Victorian horror drama set in 19th century Rural England THE LIVING AND THE DEAD starring our dearest Colin Morgan as Nathan Appleby who together with his wife Charlotte (Charlotte Spencer) uncovers a disturbing presence when they inherit the family farm in Somerset! Set in 1894, just as the industrial revolution reaches into the heart of rural England, the series aims to explore the eerie undercurrent of country life on the cusp of change.

Amazon has released the first, rather gorgeous, trailer for their historical adventure series CASANOVA which will air its first episode today, August 7th!  Directed by Jean Pierre Jeunet (Amelie), the series stars Diego Luna in the title role, Serbian actress Bojana Novakovic as Madame Pompadour, Miranda Richardson as Marquesa d’Urfé, James Flynn as King Louis XV and Ben Daniels.
