StudioCanal has released first trailer for the third installment in their beloved movie series PADDINGTON IN PERU which will arrive next January in

The movie will hit European cinemas this November

In the massive slate of Disney's live action remakes of their animated classics, which usually end up being sadly miscast and unnecessary, here's one we'd be interested to see: the latest rumour has it that Tangled will be getting a live action version following the famous fairy tale of RAPUNZEL. Ashleigh Powell, who penned The Nutcracker and the Four Realms, is apparently writing a script for this one.

Rapunzel
follows the magically long haired princess who has spent her entire life in a tower, but now that a runaway thief has stumbled upon her, she is about to discover the world for the first time, and who she really is.

In other live action remakes, Mulan is arriving this year and they've confirmed work on Aladdin sequel and also on Bambi live action movie and new Pinochio, with 101 Dalmatians being turned into a movie on Cruella De Vil's youth with Emma Stone. Little Mermaid has already caused the wrath of fans due to blackwashing the lead character.

MEET THE CAST OF THE SEQUEL

You can almost hear the sound of Abba's greatest hits as MAMMA MIA: HERE WE GO AGAIN is ready to dance its way into cinemas this weekend! And speaking of those songs, you will again hear Waterloo, I Have a Dream, Dancing Queen, Fernando and of course, Mamma Mia in the sequel too! DONNA IS DEAD!
Five years after the events of Mamma Mia!, on the Greek island of Kalokairi, Sophie (Amanda Seyfried) is pregnant with Sky's (Dominic Cooper) child while running her mother's (Meryl Streep) villa. Her relationship with Sky has been turbulent for some time, giving her cause to doubt that she can survive without her mother, Donna, who had passed away one year prior. With Tanya (Christine Baranski) and Rosie's (Julie Walters) guidance, Sophie will find out more of Donna's past, including how she fronted The Dynamos, started her villa on the island from nothing, met each one of Sophie's dads (Pierce Brosnan, Stellan Skarsgård, and Colin Firth), and raised a daughter, without a mother to guide her. She also has an unexpected visit from someone she has never even met: her grandmother, Ruby Sheridan (Cher).

Only a month or two ago I informed you that our favourite Studiocanal is planning a new big screen adaptation of THE SECRET GARDEN and now they have stars too, massive thespians! Julie Walters and Colin Firth will lead the cast in the story moved from the Edwardian era to 1947, on the eve of Partition in India, and in the aftermath of WW2 in Britain.

Set in England and based on Frances Hodgson Burnett’s 1911 book, THE SECRET GARDEN tells the story of Mary Lennox (Dixie Egerickx), a prickly and unloved 10 year old girl, born in India to wealthy British parents who never wanted her.

In another period set movie, Ralph Fiennes and director Chris Addison will work together on comedy drama HALLELUJAH a period set movie on famous composer George Frederick Handel and the chaotic, spectacular first performance of his Messiah.

Set in a riotous 18th century London and Dublin, the farce follows drunk and cantankerous Handel who is a forgotten man to all but his whip smart valet. Worse still, he has lost his inspiration to compose. However, when he overhears the singing of famous actress Susannah Cibber, the composer is moved to write once again and King George II tasks him to create an oratorio to celebrate the new Irish Viceroy in Dublin. Yet, when Handel approaches Susannah with the news, he is shocked to learn that not only does she have a fear of singing in public, she’s also on the run from her vengeful husband. The motley crew travels to Dublin only to realize that London’s gin-soaked alleys are no match for the competing, sectarian politics of Dublin’s choirs, the stupidity of English overlords, and the hypocritical morals of the day. Confronted with these odds, Handel has no choice but to defy his critics and keep going. Show must go on.
