THE NIGHT THEY VANISHED
CHANNEL 4 ORDERS NEW MYSTERY THRILLER
Channel 4 has ordered a new six part mystery thriller series THE NIGHT THEY VANISHED which follows Anna (Gabrielle Creevy), whose world is blown apart when she discovers her childhood house listed on
a true-crime website as the scene of her family’s future deaths. Intriguing blind date Cai (Callum Scott Howells) runs the true-crime site but swears he didn’t post it. The police say it’s a hoax, but Anna’s family have vanished. It is based on Vanessa Savage's novel.

Sounds very intriguing. Is it again a British series?
ReplyDeleteIt is, Channel 4 and 5 are British, but barely surviving, I hear there might be plans of 4 and BBC merging together, but 5 and ITV are also struggling thanks to streamers. ITV at least has its streamer ITVX. It is terrible time for broadcasters in UK.
DeleteA house listed as the scene of your own family's future deaths is a creepy way to start a story. I'm curious whether Cai is really as innocent as he says on that blind date. Six episodes sounds about right for a mystery like this.

I don't think Callum Scott has ever played an innocent person LOL
DeleteI would watch this.
