After our visits to Austria and France, I have flown again over to Moscow to bring you latest period set news from Russia as they are the capital of the genre. After the successful first season at the beginning of the year, they are now ready to air the second season of THE STORY OF HIS MAID (История его служанки) costume telenovella which will arrive to their streamers Ivi and Start October 6th with thirty new episodes arriving each Tuesday and Friday till the end of November! 
WHAT IS THE STORY OF THE NEW SEASON?
As you remember the series set in Moscow of the 19th century follows a noble woman who has to work as a maid at a rich man's house in order to pay off
family debts but at the same time he has to marry within a year to save his own inheritance. The whole world turns against the love of Anna Averina
(Milana Bru) and Nikolai Sheremetyev (Matvey Lykov) – now the maid has to choose between her own happiness and the happiness of her beloved.
Anna chooses the second and parts with the count right on the eve of the wedding - she can not allow the count to sacrifice for her position in society.
But this does not cancel the deal: Anna will still remain in his house as the maid. And Nicholas still needs to find a bride to get an inheritance. In the
second season in the life of the Count there is another young noblewoman – an educated, well-read and restrained architect Apollinaria. At first, Nicholas
will treat her in a purely professional manner, but very soon the joint choosing of fountains, arches and shrubs for the garden will turn into an unexpected
