LES MISERABLES PREQUEL
VALJEAN TO STAR GREGORY GADEBOIS
As Variety reports Gregory Gadebois will take the lead role in Les Miserables prequel movie VALJEAN from Eric Besnard who directed French 18th century movie Delicieux. The film charts the journey of Jean Valjean, embittered when he is released from prison and does not believe in anything anymore. He’s ostracized and considered dangerous; but his life takes an unexpected turn after he meets a bishop who treats him with kindness and generosity, despite Valjean robbing him. This act of kindness is a turning point for Jean Valjean, as it shows him that there is still good in the world. He begins to question his own choices and starts to see that there is another path for him. The film follows the steps that lead to Jean Valjean to become the man he was always meant to be, a good man who wants to help others. Bernard Campan, Isabelle Carré and Alexandra Lamy also star.
Being kind and compassionate can help other people, and make you feel good too. I think I would enjoy this film too. Today on the way home, I came across a woman who helped some worms on the road...she parked her bike aside, and lifted the worms from the frozen floor to the meadow...I could tell that worm was stuck there...trying hard to move, but couldn't get out.
ReplyDeletePoor worms, not the right time for them to go frolicking outside when it is below zero. I watched a clip earlier today of a man feeding sheep left outside alone in California fires. He gave them some water and will come back for them tomorrow.
