JACOB ELORDI TO LEAD
RIDLEY SCOTT'S THE DOG STARS MOVIE
It was supposed to unite Paul Mescal with Ridley Scott after their massive cinematic flop Gladiator II, but now it seems that post apocalyptic movie THE DOG STARS might get Jacob Elordi as the lead as
Deadline reports. Based on Peter Heller novel it is set in a near future where an unnamed pandemic has decimated American society. Jacob Elordi will be playing Hig, a civilian pilot living a lonely life on an abandoned Colorado airbase with his dog and a tough ex-marine. The two men couldn’t be more mismatched but depend on each other to fend off roaming invaders. When a random transmission beams through the radio of his 1956 Cessna, the voice ignites a hope deep inside the pilot that a better life exists outside their tightly controlled perimeter. Risking everything, he flies past his point of no return and follows its static-broken trail.

Bet they have become the best friends at the end. Did the dog play a major role here?
ReplyDeleteHopefully lovers not just friends LOL
DeleteThat sounds like it might be watchable.
ReplyDeleteWe do love apocalypse
DeleteI'd be happy to be left alone with just my dog and no other people. I could ignore the grumpy other person if I had to. Colorado is big enough to avoid those if you want to badly enough LOL
ReplyDeleteI would like another person as I am not capable of doing everything myself, somebody who is tech savy and knows how to fix things and drive. And somebody who is hot if possible LOL
DeleteWell, if there's a hot handyman on the strip, I'd be ok with that LOL
