  1. I was just wondering why Kevin McKidd looks so familiar...then I googled it...and saw he played a doctor in Grey’s Anatomy..didn't know he is from Scotland.

    1. Oy, sister, he has been one of the leading British actors for two decades now, started with HBOs famous ROME series and then went to Anatomy. He is probably the most famous of the Scottish actors next to Ewan McGregor.

  2. You went down a dark road today. Kidnapping and murder. Oy. The world is a messed up place, indeed.

    1. I had nothing else to publish, I had to search real hard even for this meagre offer. There are days when I have to compromise and publish what I wouldn't usually.

    2. I used to hate those days when I was scraping the bottom of the barrel for something to share. Now I'm just like, eh, only doing the honey posts from here on out LOL

  3. Family drama. Ugh. We recently got BritBox and have been discovering lots of murder mystery shows.

  4. I remember K McK in Rome. That wasn't a bad series though they did play a bit fast and loose with the history (though that's not a rare thing these days). The lady who played Cleopatra made me think of Amanda Barrie in 'Carry On Cleo' from the 1960s (yes I have been on the planet that long). I have four books on library loan currently and I think they are all thrillers though not all written by British writers. Reading a murder mystery is kind of trying to solve a puzzle - trying to work out "who done it" though perhaps now and again I should try to read something that is a good story without having the dark subject matter of a murder as part of the plot.

    1. I prefer uplifting ones to the dark books myself.
