DEAD SHOT TRAILER WITH
COLIN MORGAN, MARK STRONG AND FELICITY JONES
Sky has released a trailer for their new action thriller movie DEAD SHOT which arrives to the streamer May 12th. Filmed in Glasgow and originally known as Borderline, it boasts a rather stellar cast led by Colin Morgan, Mark Strong and Felicity Jones and was directed by Charles and Thomas Guard. The movie, which covers the 1970s turmoil in Northern Ireland, will have a cinematic release for the viewers in Northern America.
THE STORY OF DEAD SHOT
When a border ambush goes wrong, a retired Irish paramilitary (Colin Morgan) witnesses the fatal shooting of his pregnant wife by an SAS officer (Aml Ameen). After outwitting the SAS, now wounded, and presumed dead, he escapes, taking his revenge to the dark and paranoid streets of 1970's London. Raw and suspenseful, DEAD SHOT is an adrenaline-fueled thriller that will leave audiences weighing up the true cost of revenge.

What a pity that Dead Shot is only in SKY...
ReplyDeleteYou actually have Sky in Deutchland, deary :)
DeleteI am SO excited for this movie to come out! Looks like it's going to be great! So happy to hear that it will be shown in America!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely LOVE Colin Morgan. Such an amazing and versatile actor.
Thank you so much for posting this! :-)
Be welcome, hope you will enjoy the movie, although we wish Colin would get some new lead in a big TV show.
DeleteHe will be starring in "The Killing Kind" coming up this fall on Paramount Plus as well!
ReplyDeleteI know, we announced that one as well, but I don't want him playing psychos and negative characters.
DeleteLOL, well, that's part of being an actor. And that's why he's so versatile. If he 'only' played good guys nobody would hire him.
ReplyDeleteYou can't limit yourself when you're an actor. You'd starve to death.
I feel like I might have read It Ends With Us, but it doesn't sound familiar after reading your synopsis. I don't think I'll pick up the book, but I'll watch the movie. I don't think I've watched anything with Blake in it in some time, so that will be a nice treat for me.
ReplyDeleteI hope she got better in acting LOL
DeleteShe's okay in my book. Not overly terrible like some of the starlets today, but she could improve. In any case, she is very beautiful and likeable as a human, so I'm more forgiving when she's not on point with her acting skills.
DeleteShe was godawful in Adeline, but she truly is elegant and beautiful when they put make up on her. She does pissed me off sometimes with being a libtard, but that goes for most American actors, even Chris Evans.
DeleteYes, our entertainers love to shove their views down our throats. I'm sure most of them haven't taken any kind of government course and are so out of touch with how most of us in the world have to struggle to scrape by, but because they have money and connections, think their opinions should be valued above all others. Makes me sick, really.
DeleteThey think they are enlightened.
