  PENGUIN BLOOM TRAILER
AN INSPIRATIONAL TRUE STORY
We've been announcing this one for at least half a decade and now we finally have a trailer for PENGUIN BLOOM true story movie with Andrew
Penguin Bloom arrives later this month
Lincoln and Naomi Watts. Coming to Netflix January 27th, it is based on the best selling book of the same name, and it tells the story of Sam Bloom (Naomi Watts) a young mother whose world is turned upside down after a shocking, near fatal accident leaves her paralyzed. Sam's husband, (Andrew Lincoln), her three young boys and her mother (Jacki Weaver), are struggling to adjust to their new situation when an unlikely ally enters their world in the form of an injured baby magpie they name Penguin. The bird's arrival is a welcome distraction for the Bloom family, eventually making a profound difference on Sam's life, teaching her how to live again.

  1. Didn't like Naomi Watts before but started to tolerate her and maybe, just maybe, even kinda like her 🙂

Cowboys sounds interesting, like something that hasn't been seen (at least not enough) 😏

    1. She's as frigid as her best friend Nicole KIdman :) She usually gets the roles Nicole passes on.

  2. Not sure, I'll rush to watch either of these Dez? Sounds all too mushy for me.

    1. You could've scrolled down to the previous post on all the epics shows we can expect in 2021, you would've found something there for you, Ray ;)

  3. Why couldn't they find someone other than Naomi for the role? It does sound like a beautiful story. I'll have to read the book and pass on the film.

  5. Penguin Bloom for the win. Did I tell you about our insurance adjuster for when the roof blew off a couple months ago? The adjuster loved my birding area so much that he shared with me his story. The poor guy was buried alive for 3 days during 9/11. After being rescued from under the rubble, he lost his limbs. It took him months to learn how to walk again with prosthetics. He said the only thing that kept him going was bird feeders and watching birds interact in his backyard from the window. It's crazy how something so simple can be so therapeutic. I hope Penguin Bloom has a happy(ish) ending!

    1. P.S. I see our dear friend, Godmother in the trailer but I can't hear sound from this computer. I'm not sure where she came from or how she's landing these roles!

  6. Penguin Bloom sounds like a good movie but being paralyzed would truly suck.
