I'm not worried about plot or dialogues. I pretty much know what to expect there. Music selection is the thing that could really make this show memorable to me. Or it could be: "it's OK, but not really my style".
I think I've already heard that they will focus on a lot of jazz music and old classics. Something similar to songs from ALLY MCBEAL sang by Wonda Shepard.

This sounds very interesting. I think now is the right time to revive musical genre in cinema and TV.
ReplyDeleteI hope they'll use songs/music I like more often then not. :)
oh, yes, that's the only thing I'm hoping for as well. With some luck, they'll sing some of our favourite tunes as well :)
ReplyDeleteJudging from the plot, it seems like it could be a show with really good and witty screenplay and dialogues.

ReplyDeletewhat kind of music do you expect? ABBA and QUEEN or jazz and classics or .....?
ReplyDeleteI don't think they will use much of ABBA and Queen, if any. They are after all, European bands, and they are "old".
ReplyDeleteThey'll probably use about 75% American bands/singers, and at least 75% of those will be modern/contemporary.
