HERO FIENNES TIFFIN
TO LEAD YOUNG SHERLOCK HOLMES SERIES
As Variety reports, Amazon's Prime Video has ordered an eight episode series on YOUNG SHERLOCK HOLMES with Hero Fiennes Tiffin in the title
role. Guy Ritchie is set to adapt and direct the series based on Andy Lane's popular long series of novels. This action-packed origin story of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s beloved detective will be an explosive re-imagining of this iconic character. At age 19, Sherlock Holmes is disgraced, raw, unfiltered, and unformed, when he finds himself caught up in a murder mystery at Oxford University which threatens his freedom. Diving into his first-ever case with a wild lack of discipline, Sherlock manages to unravel a globe-trotting conspiracy that will change his life forever.

I have yet to watch any Sherlock movies or shows. But this will be on Prime and I have Prime so maybe I'll check it out...maybe. lol
ReplyDeleteDepends on what will see in the trailer once it is done.
DeleteHero is cute, but I'm not a fan of his acting skills. Coupled with Guy Ritchie, this will be a pass for me.
ReplyDeleteI have only seen him in Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare where he was OK
DeleteNo idea who Hero Fiennes Tiffin is, but the picture looks like someone looking for a sugar daddy..
ReplyDeleteHe is one of the recent breakout stars among the youngsters.
DeleteI've got a Young Sherlock book on loan haven't read it all yet. I'm in hospital currently.
ReplyDeleteI remember you said you broke your leg, it is that bad?
DeleteCracked femur head but slowly improving.
