APPLE SETS AIR DATE
FOR MICHAEL DOUGLAS FRANKLIN SERIES
Today you can check out new images of Michael Douglas in Apple's new historical series FRANKLIN which
explores the story of one of the greatest gambles of Benjamin
Franklin’s career. The launch date has been set for April 12th! At age 70, without any diplomatic training, Franklin
convinced France – an absolute monarchy – to
underwrite America’s experiment in democracy. By virtue of his fame,
charisma, and ingenuity, Franklin outmaneuvered British spies, French
informers, and hostile colleagues, all while engineering the
Franco-American
alliance of 1778 and the final peace with England of l783. The
eight-year French mission stands as Franklin’s most vital service to his
country, without which America would not have won the Revolution. Ludivine Sagnier, Daniel Mays, Eddie Marsan, Jeanne Balibar and Noah Jupe also star. See first scenes in the Apple trailer below:
it's good to have Apple
ReplyDeleteGlad you are happy with it unlike the wretched Netflix which has just announced a new Korean slate, like who needs any more of that garbage?
DeleteAs soon as Jason is back from Florida at the end of the month, I'll need to get him to sign up for AppleTV. It looks like they have an impressive lineup of things to watch this season. I just found out that we can get it for like $10 a month after our free 3 months we're entitled to, so really no reason for us not to have it.
ReplyDeleteHe is still not back? Poor chap, he probably misses you gurls much.
DeleteHe came back for a week then went back down. I think he's enjoying his alone time. He took his bike and has been riding all over the place. He does want me to come down for the last week he'll be there though. I'm not too keen on the idea, but we'll see.
DeleteRyding around FloRyda!
DeletePretty much, LOL!
