THE WHEEL OF TIME
SEASON TWO IS ALMOST HERE
The series returns September 1st |
IN THE SECOND SEASON
the Wheel of Time turns and the Last Battle approaches.
Because though Rand thought he destroyed the Dark One, evil is not gone
from the world. Threats new and very old will seek out the young friends
from the Two Rivers, who are now scattered over the world. And Moiraine
(Rosamund Pike), the woman who found and guided them, is now
powerless to help, so they must find other sources of strength — in each
other, or themselves. In the Light, or the Dark.
The Wheel of Time also stars Daniel Henney as Lan Mandragoran! Our dear Arnas Fedaravicius from The Last Kingdom will also join the cast in this season.
WHO ELSE IS IN THE CAST?
Dónal Finn replaces Barney Harris as Mat Cauthon, while Ceara Coveney joins as renegade princess Elayne
Trakand. The second season will also introduce Seanchan, an army of magically empowered invaders! Since she lost her magic powers at the end of season 1, Rosamund Pike's mystic Moiraine will return to her hometown of
Cairhien, a place of stifling traditions where everyone plays mind games, and in her despair will push away everyone who tries to help her, including her loyal Warder Lan, whose emotional connection to Moiraine has now been lost
along with her magic.
I didn’t watch season 1, but sounds like I didn’t miss anything. Hopefully season two will be better for those still tuning in.
ReplyDeleteIt was so bad, I swear I stayed till the end only for Daniel Henney whom I have exquisite hots for. Next season will have two or three of my fave hunks, so I might watch it again, but it will be a torture as I hate all of the cast and the story is terrible and also misandrist.
DeleteWhen the story is that bad, the hottest of hottest hunks can't even get me to watch it.
DeleteOh, trust me, Daniel can, he is indescribably hot, love me a hot Asian posh as a prince and hot as fire.
