PREMIUM SPOTLIGHT ON THE WHEEL OF TIME EPIC TV SERIES SEASON TWO WHICH ARRIVES TO PRIME VIDEO NEXT WEEK

  THE WHEEL OF TIME
SEASON TWO IS ALMOST HERE
The series returns September 1st
The first one to announce the start of the new Autumn season on the small screens is season two of Prime Video's epic fantasy series WHEEL OF TIME which has September 1st for the return date! Two years have almost passed from the first season which did not really get love from the audience, so it will be interesting to see how will this one go. Adapted from Robert Jordan novels it follows a farm boy, Rand al’Thor (Josha Stradowski) who learns he is The Dragon Reborn, a dangerous figure destined to save the world.  Desperate to protect him from the Dark One, an army of powerful sorceresses must reckon with Rand’s burgeoning power and encroaching madness.

IN THE SECOND SEASON
the Wheel of Time turns and the Last Battle approaches. Because though Rand thought he destroyed the Dark One, evil is not gone from the world. Threats new and very old will seek out the young friends from the Two Rivers, who are now scattered over the world. And Moiraine (Rosamund Pike), the woman who found and guided them, is now powerless to help, so they must find other sources of strength — in each other, or themselves. In the Light, or the Dark. The Wheel of Time also stars Daniel Henney as Lan Mandragoran! Our dear Arnas Fedaravicius from The Last Kingdom will also join the cast in this season.

WHO ELSE IS IN THE CAST?
Dónal Finn replaces Barney Harris as Mat Cauthon, while Ceara Coveney joins as renegade princess Elayne Trakand. The second season will also introduce Seanchan, an army of magically empowered invaders! Since she lost her magic powers at the end of season 1, Rosamund Pike's mystic Moiraine will return to her hometown of Cairhien, a place of stifling traditions where everyone plays mind games, and in her despair will push away everyone who tries to help her, including her loyal Warder Lan, whose emotional connection to Moiraine has now been lost along with her magic.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE SECOND SEASON OF AMAZON'S WHEEL OF TIME EPIC FANTASY TV SERIES? PLUS THE FIRST 2ND SEASON TEASER WITH SHIRTLESS DANIEL HENNEY

  THE WHEEL OF TIME
SECOND SEASON TEASER
While we have been enjoying all the epic delights Autumn brought us, from the mesmerisingly magnificent Rings of Power, fun and dynamic Serpent Queen, newly arrived The Empress and the upcoming return of Barbarians, we sort of forgot that the second season of THE WHEEL OF TIME epic series should arrive sometime soon as well. Not that the first season was overly memorable, if at all. But Prime Video has just released a second season teaser to remind us that it is coming back sometime next year. Good news is that there is eye candy in the teaser, mainly deliciously nekkid Daniel Henney as Lan Mandragoran who was, I admit, the sole reason I stuck with the dull first season till the end (not that I remember how it ended).

IN THE FIRST SEASON
The lives of five young villagers changed forever when a strange and powerful woman arrived, claiming one of them is the child of an ancient prophecy with the power to tip the balance between Light and Dark forever! They now have choose whether to trust this stranger – and each other – with the fate of the world before the Dark One breaks out of His prison, and the Last Battle begins

WHO JOINS THE CAST?
Beside some lavish armours and sets, the second season teaser also offers a look at two newcomers to the cast - Dónal Finn who replaces Barney Harris as Mat Cauthon, and Ceara Coveney as renegade princess Elayne Trakand. The whole group, which includes Josha Stradowski as Rand al’Thor,  and terribly cast Zoë Robins as Nynaeve al’Meara, Madeleine Madden as Egwene al’Vere, and Marcus Rutherford as Perrin Aybara, will now be split and separated across the continent. The series based on Robert Jordan's novels, already has third season ordered.

Arnas Fedaravicius will play a soldier
Arnas Fedaravicius has just joined the second season of another epic series THE WHEEL OF TIME together with Guy Roberts and Da Vinci's Demons' Gregg Chillin! Gregg Chillin will be a new lord in season two

  SANDITON SEASON 2
TAKE A LOOK AT THE BOYS
Well, you all know I thought the first season was embarrassingly bad, but the reason I will give the second one a go are the new boys in the cast and today
Ben Lloyd Hughes is lord Colbourne
you can feast your eyes on them and let us just say: even though Theo James and Leo Suter have left the town of SANDITON, there will be some nice gents to fill up their breeches, mainly our dearest Tom Weston Jones alongside Ben Lloyd Hughes. Starting next March, the six new episodes of ITV and Masterpiece PBS drama pick up nine months after the events of Season 1, as Charlotte returns to the beautiful seaside resort and soon attracts the attention of not one, but two new men. Tom Weston Jones will be Colonel Francis Lennox, the leader of the military regiment taking up residence in Sanditon, who soon shows that first impressions aren’t everything, and next to him in the photo are Captain Declan Fraser (Frank
Maxim Ays, Tom Weston Jones and Frank Blake
Blake) and Captain William Carter (Maxim Ays), who both strike up an acquaintance with Charlotte’s younger sister Alison. Ben Lloyd Hughes will play Alexander Colbourne, a man of wealth who is thoughtful, cerebral, and
Alexander Vlahos will be Charles Lockhart in season two
antisocial to the point of reclusiveness! Meanwhile, Alexander Vlahos will play enigmatic and worldly Charles Lockhart, a Byronic artist, lover, critic, and explorer in equal measures!
