BASED ON WARHAMMER 40,000
After Warcraft and Assassins Creed movies and Halo and The Witcher TV series which are currently in production, another major game will be turned
|
Dan Abnett wrote books inspired by the game |
into a small screen series: as Hollywood Reporter writes today,
Warhammer 40,000 will become TV show titled
EISENHORN with
The Man in the High Castle's
Frank Spotnitz as the showrunner! The series will be based on
Dan Abnett's novels connected with the game.
The series will be set in a world where mankind teeters on the brink
of annihilation. While humanity’s armies wage unending war across a
million battlefields, in the darkness, a secret conflict rages, fought
by the agents of the Imperial Inquisition. EISENHORN will see Inquisitor
Gregor Eisenhorn and his band of investigators fight to thwart the
monstrous schemes of aliens, heretics and demons before mankind’s doom
is sealed.

Henry Golding and Emilia Clarke lead the romantic movie |
known when it comes to the plot of the November 8th movie, except that we know that in the 2016 Brexit set film
Emilia Clarke will be a hopeless girl Kate who works as an elf in a Christmas shop even though she hates holidays

The film also deal with homelessness a topic dear to George Michael |
and everything about them, while Golding will play Tom, a night-time courier who volunteers at a homeless shelter and does not fit into the modern world. He actually loves holidays.
Emma Thompson (who also co wrote the film) will play Kate's mother from ex Yugoslavia! The movie will also include a

Emma Thompson started writing the script while
George Michael was still alive, the project has his approval and will feature his music, including a previously unreleased track that will play at the movie’s conclusion.
Warhammer 40K as a TV show, I'm in!
ReplyDeleteI've never doubted it, Fran!
DeleteI hope "Last Christmas" isn't cloying. Those types of movies tend to be.
ReplyDeleteI hope it is more festive than cynical as her character seems to be cynical.
DeleteLooks so interesting, have a lovely weekend ☺
ReplyDeleteYou too :)
DeleteLast Christmas is one I’ve been looking forward to. We’re in Philadelphia now, and I am so in love with the city, but the homeless situation here is one of the worst I’ve seen anywhere in the country so far. I hope a portion of the proceeds from the movie goes towards helping the homeless, since it was a cause dear to George’s heart.
ReplyDeleteIt is quite possible as he was aware of Emma writing the script.
