'THE NAKED WANDERER'
ANGUS MCLAREN IS NAKED!
Two delightfully fun projects for you today! You already know that your trusted spy absolutely adores Australian films and their stars (this nekkid cutie from the poster is one of them) and I'm more than happy that another
adorable comedy is coming from Down Under!
Angus will wander naked sometime this year! |
THE NAKED WANDERER will hit cinemas sometime this year starring
irresistible Angus McLaren as Jake who, devastated when girlfriend
Jasmine turns down his proposal to marry, walks all but naked up the
Indian Ocean coast for charity. He is driven by media scoundrel Brian
King's (John Cleese) 200k incentive to complete the walk and an ulterior
motive to prove his worth to Jasmine. The walk makes Jake a celebrity,
which appeals to Jasmine, but it's too late. Jake has fallen for
mesmerizing backpacker Valerie. A spiteful Jasmine flies in and declares
she will marry Jake after all. Jake turns Jasmine down but then Valerie
vanishes.

Who doesn't like Morena?
ReplyDeleteRight!
Delete"Ode to Joy" looks like a hoot!
ReplyDeleteA total one!
DeleteThe 'Naked Wanderer' sounds highly embarassing. The naked guy's place is in a nudist camp.
ReplyDeleteAs for 'Ode To Joy', even if it has a happy ending, I doubt it whether I can enjoy a movie based on the protagonist's getting paralysis whenever he experiences joy. ,
Why would nakedness be embarrassing? :)
DeleteI'm guessing the second one is about learning to live and cope with uncureable strange conditions, which is inspiring in its own way.
I've just remembered something. I've got somewhere a picture of Angela Merkel, the kanzlerin, as a student at the nudist camp Costinesti, Romania. Not bad at all...
ReplyDeleteIn a nudist camp - that's OK.
She isn't in good health, have you seen her constantly shaking in recent months? There are so many videos of her shaking uncontrollably during meetings and public appearances.
DeleteThe Naked Wanderer sounds like a recurring nightmare I have :P It does look quite comical though, and like you, I love the Aussie movies!
ReplyDeleteOde to Joy looks really good too. Two great features here today, Dezzy!
I usually do my best posts when Hollywood is sleeping which has been the case lately :)
