Ben Daniles will be a new vampire Santiago

WITH THE VAMPIRE is getting a second run with Ben Daniels as the first new cast member to be announced. The contemporary adaptation of Anne Rice’s popular gothic novel follows Louis de Pointe du Lac (Jacob Anderson), Lestat de Lioncourt (Sam Reid) and Claudia’s (Bailey Bass) story of love and immortality, as told to journalist Daniel Molloy (Eric Bogosian). In the new season that will be set in Prague, Daniels will portray Santiago, the leading vamp thespian of the Theatre des Vampires who grows increasingly suspicious of the American vampires Louis and Claudia.

Chupa arrives to Netflix April 7th

isn't as scary as legends would make us believe.  Shy 13-year-old Alex (Evan Whitten) flies from Kansas City to Mexico to meet his extended family for the first time. There he meets his grandfather and former lucha libre champion Chava (Demián Bichir), energetic, wrestling-obsessed cousin Memo (Nickolas Verdugo), and fearless, hip cousin Luna (Ashley Ciarra). But just as Alex begins to get his bearings, he discovers a mythical creature living under his grandfather's shed: a young chupacabra cub, which he recognizes from stories of the feared, full-grown chupacabra, fabled to feed on farmers' livestock. Alex soon learns that his new friend Chupa has a secret history with his family, and that dogged, dangerous scientist Richard Quinn (Christian Slater) is hunting the misunderstood creature to try and harness his powers. To protect Chupa from impending danger, Alex sets off on the adventure of a lifetime.

to the 1988 cult movie, will star Warwick Davis as Willow Ufgood, a Nelwyn sorcerer who leads a party to rescue the twin brother of a princess. Joanne Whalley as Sorsha, an accomplished warrior and daughter of the defeated Queen Bavmorda. Ruby Cruz as Kit, a princess and daughter of Sorsha who sets in motion a quest to rescue her twin brother. Erin Kellyman as Jade, a knight-in-training and Kit's best friend who joins in the quest. Ellie Bamber as Dove, a kitchen maid. Tony Revolori as Graydon, a young scholar and member of the quest. Amar Chadha-Patel as Boorman, a thief and swordsman who is offered freedom from prison if he joins the quest. Dempsey Bryk as Airk, a prince and son of Sorsha and Kit's twin brother. Ralph Ineson has been cast as Commander Ballantine and Christian Slater as Allagash!

The more famous names in the cast include Catherine Zeta-Jones as Billie Pearce, Justin Bartha as Riley Poole and Harvey Keitel as Peter Sadusky! Nicholas Cage who led the movie version, is not appearing in this new series.

30th! Warwick Davis returns as Willow Ufgood, a farmer who gets wrapped up in an epic journey to keep an infant girl out of the clutches of the evil Queen Bavmorda. New series takes place 20 years after the events of the film. Ruby Cruz plays Kit, a princess whose twin brother was abducted. Erin Kellyman plays Jade, a servant who is on her way to becoming the best young warrior in the kingdom; Ellie Bamber is Dove, a kitchen maid who proves she is the “chosen one”; Amer Chadha-Patel is Boorman, a thief and liar who joins a quest in exchange for getting out of prison! Christian Slater has also joined the cast.

It will be his feature film debut, and Jerry Seinfeld has got himself a rather stellar cast for his Netflix comedy movie UNFROSTED: THE POP TART STORY a tale of ambition, betrayal, sugar and menacing milkmen, set in 1963 Michigan where sworn cereal rivals Kellogg’s and Post race to create a pastry that will change the face of breakfast forever. James Marsden, Melissa McCarthy, Hugh Grant, Jim Gaffigan, Max Greenfield, Christian Slater are all slated to star next to Seinfeld who is also directing and producing.

Isabel Sandoval will both helm and star

Deadline reports that Isabel Sandoval will direct and star in TROPICAL GOTHIC movie. She was the first trans woman of colour to ever compete at Venice Film Festival when she was there with her previous feature Lingua Franca. TROPICAL GOTHIC will be an allegory on Western colonialism about a Native Priestess who convinces her Spanish master that she is possessed by the spirit of his dead bride, in order to manipulate him into returning the farmland that the Spaniards seized from the native community.
