 INVENTING ANNA SERIES
FAKE IT, TILL YOU MAKE IT!
Inventing Anna will stream February 11th
You probably still remember that scandal from a few years ago when a girl infiltrated New York's high society posing as a German heiress and then took hundreds of thousands of dollars from the city's elite under the pretense that she wants to launch a lavish art club. After being sent to jail she said she still wasn't sorry even though at some point she tried to take $22 million from a Vanity Fair editor. Anna Delvey did not manage to get those millions, but she did get her own TV series INVENTING ANNA from Shonda Rhimes, which will stream on Netflix from February 11th!

  2. I do not remember this, but it's something that I would watch while folding laundry. Plus, I'm liking the colorful posters and fashion.

  3. I remember this story. I think the rich people were just embarrassed they got hustled, when in reality most of them hustle and scam the little people every day. I’ve got no hate for the girl and will definitely tune into this.

    1. Yes, but not all rich people are undeservedly rich and vile. Some of them worked hard unlike this little biyatch who wanted money without working for it. Just the fact that she was an instagrammer tells you a lot. I don't know if they deported her back to Germany, but I know that upon the release from jail she strutted around NY for some time as if nothing happened and then she got monies from selling rights on her story. She is just a lazy scammer who wants attention and money without doing the hard work to earn it.

    2. I see your point about some of the rich people earning an honest living. But then again, when you look at the wealth gap in this country, it's hard to feel sorry for the rich stupidly falling for her scams. When we have CEO's with 3 and 4 houses and luxury cars while the people doing grunt work bust their asses 40+ hours a week and still have to get food stamp assistance, there's a big problem. So, call her greedy, scammer, whatever you will, but bet your bottom dollar some of those she scammed had no remorse stepping on others to rise to the top themselves.

    3. It is like stars who get 20 million for a role and camera guy who barely gets a few thousand for the whole shoot.

    1. I don't understand it either, they probably thought it was fun, or maybe it is the colour of prison clothes that prisoners wear?
