20th Century Studios has issued first photo of Kaitlyn Dever in their historical drama ROSALINE which, based on the novel When You Were Mine by Rebecca Serle, is a modern twist on the classic Shakespeare tale. In
Kaitlyn Dever stars as Romeo's ex Rosaline
it, we see “the most famous love story ever told” through the eyes of Juliet’s cousin Rosaline, a sharp but idealistic young woman who happens to be Romeo’s recent ex. The film will stream on Hulu next year.

Escaping with her father, King Numan (Ghassan Massoud) into the vast and unforgiving desert, Hind is pursued by Kisra’s bloodthirsty troops. Hind and her father are forced to entrust their safety to a mysterious bandit (Anthony Mackie), whose fighting prowess is second to none. The bandit harbors his own secrets, which will play a large part in deciding the fate of the battle. Hind inspires the fractious tribes to come together for one last stand and unite against an army that outnumbers them and is far better equipped.

  2. I never understood wanting a sword over a tiara. Tiaras are so pretty, and hopefully not as heavy as a solid metal weapon. :)

  3. I didn't even recognize Kaitlyn Dever. She looks so pretty in that pic. I always knew she'd grow up to be a stunner.

    2. I completely agree. I always thought she had a nasally, whiny voice. Definitely not period piece material, but she's still quite pretty to look at. We'll see if we can overlook that voice of hers in this one.

    3. It will be interesting to see if she managed to speak normally LOL Some people are just not suited for such films, but she does play a tweensy brat, so there is that.
