Apple TV Plus has released first images from their new heist series 12 12 12 which unfolds across three timelines of a heist: the 12 months of planning, the 12 hours of the heist, and the 12 days following the heist. The series follows a disgraced FBI agent (Anthony Mackie) and an American career criminal (Jamie Dornan) who play a zero-sum game of cat and mouse across Europe. At the center of it all is the daring, epic raid on a bank vault deep beneath the streets of Zurich. Jack Kesy will play Dornan's brother also involved in the heist. The series will have a two episode premiere November 13 with the last of the eight episodes streaming at Christmas.

First trailer has been released for Rupert Wyatt’s $150 million epic movie DESERT WARRIOR which will hit cinemas April 24th after a very long wait..Anthony Mackie stars as a seventh century legendary bandit who comes to the rescue of Princess Hind (Aiysha Hart) after she refuses to become a concubine to the ruthless Emperor Kisra (Sir Ben Kingsley) and flees into the desert with her father, where she is hunted by a merciless army. There, rising from fugitive to fearless warrior, the princess unites warring tribes for a final stand in the Battle of Dhi Qar, a clash that will change history forever. Sharlto Copley also stars.

Elevation hits cinemas this November

Here is something scary for you today: alien creatures have invaded the Earth and they are not friendly in the first teaser trailer for ELEVATION sf movie with Anthony Mackie and Morena Baccarin which arrives to cinemas November 8th directed by George Nolfi. In the film set in the post-apocalyptic Rocky Mountains, a single father and two women venture from the safety of their homes to face monstrous creatures to save the life of a young boy. Netflix has just paid over $30 million for new movie from John Lee Hancock MONSANTO in which Glen Powell plays young, untried attorney Brent Wisner, who takes on a seemingly insurmountable case against the giant U.S. chemical company Monsanto on behalf of Dewayne “Lee” Johnson (Anthony Mackie) who used Monsanto’s best-known product Roundup, a wildly financially successful weed and grass pesticide killer, as part of his job as a high school groundskeeper. During the trial, Dr. Melinda Rogers (Laura Dern), the chief toxicologist of the Monsanto Company, testifies with certainty that Roundup is safe.

While we are waiting for the first trailer and above all for the release date, I thought I could remind you of DESERT WARRIOR historical epic adventure movie set in the 7th century Arabia with first images from the film starring Anthony Mackie, Sharlto Copley, Aiysha Hart and Sir Ben Kingsley, which was shot entirely in Arabia last year. Rise of the Planet of the Apes Rupert Wyatt is directing. A decades long ban on Hollywood movies ended only in 2018 in Arabia!

 

STORY IS SET IN 7TH CENTURY

when Arabia is made up of rival, feuding tribes, disunited and forever at each other’s throats. Emperor Kisra (Ben Kingsley) has a fearsome reputation for being utterly ruthless. But when the Arabian Princess Hind (Aiysha Hart) refuses to become the emperor’s concubine, the stage is set for an epic confrontation. It is a battle that, by its conclusion, will have changed the region forever and echo throughout history. Escaping with her father, King Numan (Ghassan Massoud) into the vast and unforgiving desert, Hind is pursued by Kisra’s seasoned mercenary Jalabzeen and his bloodthirsty troops. Hind and her father are forced to entrust their safety to a mysterious bandit (Anthony Mackie), whose fighting prowess is second to none. The bandit harbors his own secrets, which will play a large part in deciding the fate of the battle. Hind inspires the fractious tribes to come together for one last stand and unite against an army that outnumbers them and is far better equipped.
