OUR HOUSE NOVEL
TO BECOME SERIES AT ITV
And the story itself certainly sounds like something you wouldn't want to find yourself in: British ITV will turn Louise Candlish' novel OUR HOUSE into a four part mini series together with Red Planet. To be shot next
summer, the series narrates the story of Fiona Lawson, who arrives home one day to find strangers moving into her house. With all her family's possessions and furniture nowhere to be seen, Fi believes there's been a huge mistake and insists her home isn't for sale. With events spiralling beyond her control, we feel her panic rising as she can’t reach estranged husband, Bram. As she reflects upon the safe space in which she and her family had made a life together, Fi begins to peel back the layers of her relationship and discovers her husband has also disappeared. With her life shattered, she realises the secrets and lies have only just begun, but her husband isn’t the only one with things to hide.
Our House will reveal cast next year |
Our House sounds like a nightmare. Imagine having your whole life shattered like that. Yikes!
ReplyDeleteJust the very thought of it gave me jeepers creepers. We actually had that happen to some people here and it is beyond scary especially as we are ruled by organized crime here (which is what is happening at your place right now too).
DeleteThe one with Brody sounds good to me!
ReplyDeleteHe is always nice.
DeleteHey there buddy, it's been a while. 😉 Love me some Vera Farmiga, she's got that special something. 💚
ReplyDeleteHello, long time no see!
DeleteUgh, I have mixed feelings here. Part of me wants to watch it b/c it sounds good but the other part of me is thinking "holy anxiety".. LOL
ReplyDeleteAnxiety is the word here!
DeleteI've heard of people moving in to houses here and actually winning the right to stay because of squatter's rights laws. How fricken' crazy is that!? Sometimes I have to question to tf runs things around here. Obviously no sane person.
ReplyDeleteSquatters have rights there??? Da effity eff?
DeleteIf someone loses an apartment here it is usually because a bank steals it or because the contractor who built the building did not have all the permissions, and then all the flat owners can lose what they already paid. Fills me with creeps just the very thought of it. Last year we had about a hundred people who bought flats in a brand new building and when they all wanted to move in they discovered that the brand new building stinks for some reason, like legitimately stinks as in reeks to hell and back due to some faulty materials being used. And there is shit they can do about it.
