  SAM CLAFLIN TO STAR
IN 'ADRIFT' AND 'NIGHTINGALE'
Sam has also become a father last year!
You absolute adored him last year in heartbreaking Me Before You (for which he did not even get an Oscar nomination), Their Finest and in My Cousin Rachel, and this summer, in June, you will watch Sam Claflin in disaster thriller ADRIFT from director Baltasar Kormakur in which Shailene Woodley plays the female lead opposite Sam. They play avid sailors who set out on a journey across the ocean and encounter one of the most catastrophic hurricanes in recorded history. Later this year, you will also watch lovely Sam Claflin in period set darma THE NIGHTINGALE set in 1825 Tasmania. A young convict woman seeking revenge for the murder of her family, takes an Aboriginal male outcast with her through the interior and gets much more than she bargained for.

  1. Although I wanted to see Me Before You, I never saw it in the theater. Looks like Sam Claflin has quite a few interesting roles in the works!

    1. it was beautiful, tearjerking and gorgeously acted by both him and Emilia Clarke, he deserved award noms for that one, he is just so deeply expressive and radiant actor, a face and eyes that shine in today's world where most young actors have one facial expression in all scenes. His wife Laura Haddock is also a gem, I was disgusted to see her nominated for a Razzie this year, her talent does not deserve such nonsense.
