I can't say I find much that appeals, even the Magical beasts movie, much as I loved Harry Potter. I do like that woman in black's outfit though; she looks quite stylish!
The costumes are definitely the only good thing in that franchise, I swear I fell asleep five times during the first one, such a badly written movie, which goes for Harry Plopper saga too, Rowling is just a terrible script writer.
the good news is that at least next December will have a number of nice films, unlike this one which just had that shitty Star Wars.... and Ferdinand who flopped in USA big time :(
Yes, it was a terrible month for film here. I couldn't convince Allison to go see Ferdinand with me. Like, what's wrong with that kid? I swear, today's generation doesn't know good film when it bites them in the butt. I do think we'll head out for Jumanji this weekend though. Gotta get one last hurrah in before Mariah heads back to college on Sunday.
hope you enjoy Jumanji. Ferdinand got about 50 million in USA and about 70 million around the world so far on a budget of about 100 million. I cannot believe Coco earned 400 million in USA and Ferdie not, what's wrong with this world today????
Coco was Disney, right? They always market the heck out of their films and that could be why it did so much better than Ferdinand. It's all in the marketing.

DeleteChristmas 2018 is such a long wait for Mary Poppins. We'll be eagerly awaiting it all year.
