It's a Sunday of new posters today, people! Disney has revealed the first poster for their new live action adventure THE JUNGLE BOOK directed by John Favreau. Coming out next April with CGI animals and one live actor, the movie, which follows an orphan boy who is raised in the Jungle with the help of a pack of wolves, a bear and a black panther. Little Neel Sethi plays Mowgli, Ben Kingsley voices black panther Bagheera, Lupita Nyong'o is mother wolf Raksha, Scarlett Johansson is snake Kaa, Bill Mooray is bear Baloo, Idris Elba is Shere Khan, Christopher Walken is King Louie!

New posters have also been revealed for animated sequel coming up this October HOTEL TRANSYLVANIA 2! Dracula's rigid monster only hotel policy has finally relaxed, opening up its doors to human guests. But behind closed coffins, Drac (Adam Sandler) is worried that his adorable half human, half vampire grandson, Dennis, isn't showing signs of being a vampire. So while Mavis (Selena Gomez) is busy visiting her human in-laws with Johnny - and in for a major cultural shock of her own - "Vampa" Drac enlists his friends Frank, Murray, Wayne and Griffin to put Dennis through a "monster in training" boot camp. But little do they know that Drac's grumpy and very old, old, old school dad Vlad (Mel Brooks) is about to pay a family visit to the hotel. And when Vlad finds out that his great grandson is not a pure blood - and humans are now welcome at Hotel Transylvania - things are going to get batty!

LIVE ACTION 'ALADDIN' PREQUEL

The news of the day is that Disney is preparing ALADDIN prequel movie titled GENIES in order to set the ground for the live action ALADDIN movie which would happen after GENIES. While ALADDIN was an adaptation of ancient Arabic folk tale about a lowly street kid who finds a magical lamp with a wish granting genie the prequel GENIES would be set in the world of those magical creatures, describing how Aladdin's genie ended up in the magical lamp. As I've reported before BEAUTY AND THE BEAST and MULAN are also getting live action versions!

  'HERALD' COMIC BOOK

ON TIME TRAVELLING TESLA TO BECOME TV SERIES 
Speaking of adaptations, comic book series HERALD will be turned into a television series! Coming from writer John Reilly, and artists Tom Rogers and Dexter Weeks, the comic book to be turned into small screen show brings an alternate universe story in which a time travelling legendary Serbian scientist Nikola Tesla teams up with famous writer H.P. Lovecraft and other historical characters to save the world from various cosmic horrors.

I showed you the unrecognisable look of Hugh Jackman as Captain Blackbeard yesterday along with the first poster of little Levi Miller as the boy who wouldn't grow up in Peter PAN fantasy adventure, and today three more character posters have been revealed also  featuring Garrett Hedlund as Hook and Rooney Mara as Tiger Lilly!

THE ORIGIN STORY
Coming out to cinemas next July, the movie, directed by Joe Wright, will give a much different Neverland than in J.M. Barrie's classic story. When Peter PAN  becomes spirited away to the magical realm of Neverland, he encounters the nefarious Blackbeard (Hugh Jackman), whose crew has been capturing orphaned children. Garrett Hedlund is portraying the infamous Hook, Blackbeard's young right hand man, before he loses his hand and becomes a true captain, while Amanda Seyfried is Mary! 'GRANDMA DEAREST' SITCOM
ABC is also developing GRANDMA DEAREST comedy series with Todd Linden about the world’s worst grandmother, who loses her considerable wealth and moves in with her daughter.

'UNBREAK- ABLE KIMMY SCHMIDT' MOVES TO NETFLIX

Meanwhile, UNBREAKABLE KIMMY SCHMIDT sitcom from Tina Fey which was supposed to air at NBC next year has now moved sto Netflix where it immediately got two eason order! Ellie Kemper plays a girl who escapes a cult and moves to New York where Jane Krakowski, playing a wealthy lady, hires her as a nanny!

As promised, the first trailer for action adventure JURASSIC WORLD has been revealed for Thanksgiving holidays! To open next summer, the movie is set twenty-two years after the events of Jurassic Park, with Isla Nublar now featuring a fully functioning dinosaur theme park JURASSIC WORLD as originally envisioned by John Hammond. Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard and Nick Robinson are leading the cast!
